For all those people who are criticizing them for being lazy and not paying attention to the main channel and saying they don't like these kinds of videos, SAFTY has not left their main channel abandoned! They are editing regularly and updating us on Instagram and TH-cam stories. They do these live streams so that we all can enjoy watching something, while they make and put content on their main channel! These live streams are like the starters and snacks, before and in between the main course. So stop hating on them cause they are working harder more than ever... And if y'all still don't understand then you may kindly and respectfully bug off! : )

Totally agree. I'm sure they enjoy the editing process, but I feel they would benefit so much from an editor. Yeah it might lose some of their touch, but they would get the final edit and can change what they want. I just feel that they shouldn't have to spend so much time in the editing process and stress so about it (as you can tell they are in some of their posts apologizing all the time for how long its taking) I just wish more content creators would hire an editor so they could get rid of some of the stress and make TH-cam more of a hobby , than a more than full time job once you add editing into your time
Plus Safia has said a couple times that she's basically gotten various videos to the point where they could be posted but just didn't feel proud of them or happy with them. I think it's really harsh for people to be so critical of someone who clearly cares so much about the content they put out.
@@anotheruser7104 I agree!! Like even just an editor to cut down the amount of footage and put the corresponding audio tracks to the video really could help a lot like they can still manage it but not physically do it themselves.
(And if they get used to it, they can have that editor (or hire another) add the graphics)

There just becomes a point in life when you just accept ppl how they are and stupid thoughts like that don't even cross your mind. Ppl are just the way they are. Exactly- I grew up in a household where if we have a food well offer each other a bite, still to this day, I was just at the restaurant the other day and my dad and brother stole chili from my bowl.

I'm confused why they didn't just use a single spoon. The only practical reason I can think of is so they could take bites simultaneously.
You don’t need to fix the audio post-stream guys, that’s part of the whole live experience. Don’t put any pressure on yourselves. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Love you guys ❤️

Imagine you are the creators of jolly ranchers cereal and you get a focus group together and one of the people just says "they taste like glue-based packing peanuts" lol
At least that's a decent taste. I always feel bad for the people that had to taste test the bean boozle beans such as vomit. "Not vomity enough"
@@kimbrolyy Long before beanboozled, when the gross flavours were first introduced as Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans, I literally vomited up the vomit flavour when I mistook it for tutti frutti. Dunno how they managed to get it spot on, but I definitely sympathise with whomever had to flavour test.
The ones she’s talking about are corn based, not glue based. They melt because they are made to be biodegradable.
I think ty and saf are confusing a best by date with an expiration date, typically dry goods like cereal have best by dates and dairy, meds, etc have expiration dates, best by doesn't mean it goes bad, just that it's at it's peak freshness, and it would take over 2-3+ years to lose texture, flavor or consistency if kept in a decent environment, but they can't legally say that because some people would take advantage or store it improperly and the company would be liable etc

In germany there is the 'Mindesthaltbarkeits datum' which means 'durable until AT LEAST (date)' and often it will also say something along the lines of 'often longer durable'... as an attempt to make people try the food first before throwing it out. I quite like that in comparison to expiration dates...
@@kiricamel thing is they call them expiration dates but they aren't, they literally say best by, only like milk products and medications have actual expire dates, and even those are a rough guideline because milk can last a few days to a week longer, yogurt much longer and most medication doesn't go bad it just becomes less effective
@@emilymulcahy Yeah there's certain things that when they do reach a certain date, like dairy, it's *very* bad for you to ingest. However, a lot of it can depend on different things.. like a gallon of milk that is at it's expiration date might still be good if it's been sealed. For the most part, you'll know when something goes bad if you have any ounce of common sense.. dairy smells HORRIBLE when it's bad.. Oddly I find myself explaining this to people more often than you'd think. I've had things like ramen like 2 years after the date on the package and it was still the same. I think a lot of the date stuff has to do with stores themselves. Like they're not allowed to sell anything that's beyond the date of the packaging.

What’s cool about that is that the movement of her eyes reflects the neuroscience happening behind it. You’re literally watching her create neural pathways between the places in her brain where she’s stored familiar tastes and the place where she’s processing this new taste, and her creative and language centres, as she first tries to connect the new weirdness with things she already knows, and then describe it in words.
People do this all the time when they reminisce or tell stories or make up lies. They ‘look’ at the correct part of their brain. Need the left frontal lobe? Look forward and left!

you guys should do one trying out plant based "junk food" or just really weird plant based foods. I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I love trying plant based stuff. Things like chicken nuggets, various major fast food chains vegan options, or odd ones where it's like an entire prepacked "roast". Plus it would probably be a very welcome break on both your digestive systems lmao. (also things like chao cheese or just egg which are genuinely good would be kinda funny to see you react to at how much it's like the real thing)
Girl ROOT chicken nuggets are literally the best! Also not vegan but love those abd impossible meat is all I use for tacos now
Idk I think the food stuff just isn't that interesting to watch... Them trying a vegan nugget and saying "yeah, that's not bad" for an hour lol 😂 I'd rather see them play games or do crafts or something

hahaha Bless those onion Chex. When I had the green onion cereal it gets infinitely worse in the milk, it's like the milk amplifies the onion-y-ness of it. Pretty hectic stuff.
Like you guys said, it's alright dry, some people were eating them as bar snacks here in Korea. However no surprise, the green onion Chex are no longer being sold here haha

I discovered I was lactose intolerant when I was 16, and I could walk to my college (so I got up later, made breakfast alone, so I ate what I preferred). One day we were out of bread so I had to have cereal and BAM indigestion.
I was furious to realise that a lot of the discomfort adults had put down to "monday morning fever" (ie; an unwillingness to go to school) had been lactose intolerance!
The biodegradable packing peanuts you’re talking about are made with corn starch, which is why they have a popcorny scent. And you’re absolutely not alone in tasting them. Tons of people have done it.
My parents used to sell models on EBay and we had a six feet box of packing peanuts with a slit to make grabbing easy but when I wasn’t allowed to have dessert I would go at eat the peanuts thinking they were special popcorn. Surprised I didn’t ever get throw up
we had those bowls when I was a kid, and used them for ramen and cereal - I was forever scarred when I was trying to drink my cocoa pebbles milk and ended up slurping an old ramen noodle out of the straw 😫

It's normal for mammals to stop producing/produce less lactase as they age. For some, this happens at a young age, for others it can be years and years into their life. Biologically, 100% normal and expected :) Lactaid (and other "lactose-free" brands) is regular milk, with lactase added.
There's a Filipino snack called Bread Pan. It's from a Japanese-snacks inspired company, and so instead of a bag of chips, it's a bag... of tiny garlic bread slices. It's great.
😂 I also thought of "bread pan" when I saw the bread cereal! Maybe I can try using the butter flavor as a cereal sometime 😂

I'm loving these live streams! They're great to have on in the background. This reminds me of one of my favorite podcasts, The Empty Bowl. It's just two dudes talking about cereal with ocean wave noises in the background to help you relax. It's fantastic!
Next live they should make a frankn crispy treat with all the weird cereal mixed together and a crispy treat for each individual flavor.

Okay so Texas' major grocery chain HEB has released their own "weird" cereal: tres leches, horchata crisps, snickerdoodle cookie, and cinnamon rolls. They aren't nearly as weird as some of these, but I was still very intrigued if any of the Safty team wants to hit me up lol 😂
Lol, most of those just sound like variations of cinnamon + sugar cereal; they sound delicious though!

i just got my second shot for the COVID vaccine and am excited to watch this to get through the symptoms and laugh a little. 💛

You had symptoms? My arm hurt a bit, but other than that I wouldn't know I was vaccinated
@@Potatopot724 not all ppl get the same symptoms. Some, like you, get nothing exept for local pain at the injection location. Some, like me, get minor limb-musscel spasms and increas of 1-2 degrees in body temp for about 2 days. Some get symptoms simmilar to the flu (with or without fever) for 2 days or so. Some are shaking without control or get temporarry paralysis in some parts of the body for few hours (starts few hours after getting the vaccin), ect.
All the symptoms I mentioned happend to me, or to my family and friends. But I know that lists of known symptoms to the vaccin can be found online.
(I appologize for any mistakes I made in English. It is not my first language)
I know I had my second shot and had absolutely no symptoms it left me questioning did I really get a vaccine? I sure hope I did and I sure hope everyone else gets one too. Stay safe everyone!
@@nancypollard4531 many ppl don't have any symptoms to the vaccin. I think only about 30% experience them. It is also deppends on a persons' age and sex.
Nevertheless, I hope you (and everone else) receved the real vaccin

I personally love both the lives and the main channel for very different reasons.... I love the pure insanity/choas and very raw nature the just whatever happens happens vibe of livestreams contrasting the smooth polished easy watching vibe of the mains....I'm glad I get both now keep doing amazing things :D .....also I stand what I said in the original live video I would love to see a video in Japan in the future with Norm from Tokyo lens MAYBE even a visit to Pelican Bakery.....

I'm rewatching all their streams for fun and I, for some reason, did not recall them starting this channel so early! Like I was still finishing my second year of college when they started. For some reason I thought they started long after that! Crazy how little I remember lol.

Bless lactose free milk in Finland (at least), tastes completely normal! Though I pretty much never use plain milk anymore, but still, a gift from the Divine (and our huge milk industry).
Lactose free milk in Germany as well! I suspect it's similar throughout Europe 😊
It's because of the way lactose free milk is made compared to low lactose milk. For lactose free milk they remove lactose from milk while to get low lactose milk it is done by breaking down lactose into other sugars which makes milk sweeter. For this reason lactose free tastes ”normal” and low lactose tastes sweet.

**is one of those people that eats Lucky Charms cereal first, marshmallows last**
My husband was gobsmacked the first time he watched me eat lucky charms, and I was like, "What? Doesn't everybody eat the cereal first?" One of those bubble-popping life moments of, "yeah, this is how your house did it, and it's weird."
I would have at least one marshmallow per spoonful, making sure I could have at least one marshmallow filled spoonful at the end. So I guess I middle of the road this situation lol
@@NicholeParker I remember doing that at some point as a kid, but my OCD would kick in (didn't realize it was that at the time lol) it was very upsetting for me when the ratio was off and there weren't enough marshmallows to cereal, and then I'd get stuck with just cereal pieces left sometimes. Probably could have mitigated that by counting out the marshmallow/cereal into the bowl, but that would have taken too long and mum would have been irritated lol. So, I just went back to, divide them up, save the best for last.

Bread in a can was initially used a lot during the depression since resourses were low it was a good way of reusing the cans after opening them.
I live down the street from the peep factory and they have a "peep mobile" that you see sometimes driving around town 😆

I remember watching HojuSara and Tiny review the green onion cereal, it was such an odd concept to me when I first saw it but now I'm so tempted to try it!!!

The only thing these livestreams have taught me is that saf has eaten/enjoys eating a variety of things I never considered as edible

My mom grew up by the Jolly Rancher factory in Colorado! She said it would always smell like candy in her neighborhood.
