I always love your videos. You are so thorough about what you are doing. Im just beginning my vinyl journey but have already made some layered shirts. They came out great! Thanks your your instructional videos. They are very helpful.
Hi, we have sample kits with all of the colors listed. They come in so handy when you are trying to figure out the type and color of vinyl you are using. expressionsvinyl.com/sample-kits/
With as much vinyl that we sell it would hard to get everything labeled. We do try to put them in the order that is on the invoice so that you know what you have received.
Absolutely! Also, if you have a htv decal that you don't want to put on right away, you can cut a piece of the multi use paper and stick it to the back. It will protect the decal until it is ready to use.
Yes, the electric easyweed has a pearlescent, metallic sheen. It is applied like regular easyweed. The Deco foil we carry is a two step process that requires the use of Easyweed adhesive.
Hi, That would be a great idea. We do have sample kits that have all the different colors of vinyl on them. Here is a link to it - expressionsvinyl.com/sample-kits/
We were shipped unmarked samples and couldn't tell them apart until we saw your wiggle test! Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!

We're so glad to hear they help!
Awesome video....I learned A LOT in a short amount of time. Really appreciated!!!
You are very welcome.
Thank you for explaining the differences between them.
Thank you. Do you need to only use a Teflon sheet when htv layers no longer have the carrier film on them? Thanks x
The teflon sheet will protect the heat tool and the vinyl that is already applied.
Yes you can hear the difference really good
Great video, thanks!
Glad you liked it!
I couldn’t find the link for the cut file that you used. Also, what all colors did you use for the design you used?
Here's the link to the file she used - www.agirlandagluegun.com/2018/05/46733.html
I wish that it was possible for the vinyl manufacturers to print on the backing what type and color of vinyl it is.
Then the ink would transfer to your top platen.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge, appreciated!
You are very welcome!
thanks. why don't you label the vinyls when you send them in an order?... difficult to know what I have unless I just order one kind at a time.

It is the pink in the Electric Easyweed line. expressionsvinyl.com/siser-heat-transfer-vinyl/easyweed/easyweed-electric/
What kind of paper is that being used to protect the vinyl when pressing?
She's using the multi use paper expressionsvinyl.com/multi-use-paper-12x20-sheet/
Thank you! Can that be used for single layer vinyl on tees too?
Absolutely! Also, if you have a htv decal that you don't want to put on right away, you can cut a piece of the multi use paper and stick it to the back. It will protect the decal until it is ready to use.
Awesome!! Thx!!
Great video as always. Is there a difference between electric and foil?
Yes, the electric easyweed has a pearlescent, metallic sheen. It is applied like regular easyweed. The Deco foil we carry is a two step process that requires the use of Easyweed adhesive.
the electric one, is it stretchy, or more like the original?
The electric is more like the classic EasyWeed, not the stretch
So cute! I love the electric! I'll have to get some of that ❤️
It's a fun one!
I have an easy press and not a heat press. Is 305 still the right temp?
Hi Debbie, yes, it is still correct. Here is a link to all our machine settings - expressionsvinyl.com/machine-setting.html
@@Expressionsvinyls thanks. I'll check it out.
Love the electric!!!!
I wish you offered that shirt as a reference tool.
