PS - IDK if you noticed. Trash is grey/white highlight. Sellable stuff is yellow highlight. There is a perk that allows you to collect the money from sellable stuff with the trash bag. If you don't have that perk, you will not earn money from the sellable stuff if you use the trash bag to remove it. Remove the sellable stuff with the flipper tool if you don't have the perk.
-Also, you can use WASD for painting and window cleaning. Hold down the mouse and use the keys.
I will now have G's voice in my head singing "Everything's cherry! Everything's cherry!" as he runs around changing literally everything that can't run away fast enough.

I have never seen your videos but just looked up gamer videos and decided to watch yours. I have to say I really love your videos and your house flipper is super calming. Its actually helping me get ready for bed with how soothing your voice is. I like how you explain your thought process alot but are never yelling
Your joy when you realized you could make everything cherry just made me happy too. Lol. I do love that addition to the game, honestly. Plus the fact that you can pick the colors of the tile and paint even on jobs is awesome. 😊 Personally I’d buy the cheapest house on the market, so lavender or blue, just to go all out with the flip, but it’s up to you. They all look interesting, to be honest.
I moved my office to the Former Houseboat house. I made the skylight bigger and put up floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides. Found out the hard way you can't sell your "family home" the first one you start out in. Otherwise I would've waited to buy a new office that I don't' want to sell.
I made the exact same mistake! Luckily I tried to sell the family home before I fully reno'd the beach house, but I'm still annoyed lol.
For that floor patch, you can put the sell gun on it as copy style and if you hold it, it will take you to where it is in the store. That is a great way to get all the furniture with the same wood tones.. Especially good in your home because none of that matches.
as a bird... roommate i can tell you. that yes you are correct to not trust birds. 8c i could rant for days but we love him nonetheless. i still love the family parrot, but he is mean, sneaky, sassy, can talk and does demand certain foods. plus he can unlock and the relock his doors, fly and his sneak skill is maxed out. so be cautious on a couch. he will silently fly over and if you turn around he might bite you in the face. so... O_O i have pictures. he stole my cellphone once. keep in mind he's a parrot so he did not take good selfies.
The copy and paste thing is my favorite feature so far. I love being "matchy matchy"

I would absolutely love a little flat above the garage. It is so cute and provides a bit of privacy since all your windows are on the second floor.

This is a kinda weird thing to get excited about, but you have a body in this one. I've always found it a bit odd that in the first game, you were just a pair of disembodied hands.

You need a bread box so your Great Dane doesn't eat the entire loaf while you are out of the house. It must be wood or metal as well, Danes eat through plastic bread boxes. Even if you put it on top of the fridge, they can reach it!
I have cats now, and they just give me the death stare of hurt feelings until I cave and give them whatever they want that I am eating. No baked chicken is safe!

It's in the eye of the beholder to a degree I think. I love cherry wood, fish meh on natural but also only got so much to work with currently. Looking forward to more stuff being added in the future for more variation for sure
