    I called it the night we drafted him, I said all this guy has to do is become just as good of a thrower as Joe and he will be a monster with what he can also do on the ground. I was way off lj has blown my take out of the water ten fold as a passer. A lot of fans didn’t believe this could be possible when he was drafted and even though I was way off I was still right. Let’s go lj! Gonna get that Super Bowl, believe that! With him it’s not a matter of if it’s a matter of when.

      It’s funny that you said that. I don’t follow college football & I thought that the Ravens had made a mistake, because I was looking for a 6ft5 QB weighing about 240lbs ( mobile ) so when I saw him, I was like ( Baltimore ) has messed up now. ( Until ) I saw him play, then I thought 🤔 If they could just put him in a Drew Brees type of offensive package, then he would thrive 🤷🏾‍♂️ 💜🖤💜🖤💜🐦‍⬛✌🏾

      @ I watched him in college, the dude was electric and could throw better than people gave him credit for. The disrespect he got coming out was insane. Youngest hiesmen winner ever and he threw for over 3k that year. It was complete malpractice by the league gms to disregard it, Chris simms called it too go back and look at his 2019 takes. I mean the dude was the best player in CFB at 19 how do you overlook that lol is beyond me

    Lamars improvement by scrambling to bait the defense and find the open man is next level this year. Nobody in the NFL is doing it better.

      Lamar can always add yards every time. Ravens don’t come up with the right schemes to use his talent.

    Lamar’s running ability made that last TD happen. The db had to step up in case he ran, otherwise Bateman would have been doubled.

      Exactly! That's the power of having #8 as your QB. He had to make a decision and whichever one he made would resulted in a TD

    Mainstream media isn’t even giving Lamar credit for the come back last night. Instead their talking points are
    - Bengals got robbed from a no call on the 2 pt conversion
    - Ravens needed to run Henry Derrick Henry more
    🤦🏾‍♂️

      Bengals got spotted their first 7 points. And a questionable 4th down conversion on the final drive. And they were holding during that 2pt conversion. In don’t wanna hear nothing about the refs helping ravens

    Its crazy how the bengal fans and haters are complaining about the last play, like the refs weren't gifting the bengals downs all game. How many flags did they need to beat Lamar Jackson 😂 i love it tho. The game should have been over after that incomplete pass on 4th down but the refs gifted that to them.

    Lamar now anticipating Bateman's moves takes advantage of Rashod's skill set. Harbaugh's vision of Lamar is moving towards fruition.

      @seandent3732 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Bruh I yelled when we were throwing screens on 2nd and 3rd and long, Monken got the message and adjusted in the 2nd half thankfully. He let Lamar push the ball downfield

  • @bankslaw8900
    @bankslaw8900 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

    Anytime this offense stalls the main culprit is the o line and their lack of strength.
    The penalties and inability to get push off the line has made me realize we really are a pass to run team. Henry is just playing above the run blocking.

    • @jamesstrom6991
      @jamesstrom6991 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      def they need to establish the pass first, then let the run kick in.

    • @bankslaw8900
      @bankslaw8900 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @ yep start off with a lot of play action to start the game because we clearly got to catch people of guard to run the ball

    • @reasonablegentleman
      @reasonablegentleman หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's not true, in the first half Henrys carries were
      6 yards
      4 yards
      7 yards
      -1 yards
      5 yards
      1 yard
      There was nothing in his first half production that indicated that we could not block the bengals or that we should go away from the run. The ravens need to keep giving the ball to Henry early even if he is getting 3 4 and 5 yard runs and then start mixing in the playaction

    • @bankslaw8900
      @bankslaw8900 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @ I disagree, and Henry had many 1 yard gains. And we have never won like that outside of the Bills game.
      We struggle until Lamar starts throwing it. Take the last 4 games for example. If Henry don’t get them explosive runs the run game is stagnant.
      This o line is not strong enough to push people off the ball. Henry is playing way above the blocking to get them 5 and 7 yards. And his durability at the end of the season will be poor if he keeps running through walls

    • @reasonablegentleman
      @reasonablegentleman หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bankslaw8900 I Don't know what there is to disagree about, I listed all of Derek Henrys carries from the first half, and the bengals were not shutting him down. He hadn't had an explosive run, but it's pretty crazy to expect that he would have an explosive run in only 6 carries( the first half).

  • @boogidwnej179
    @boogidwnej179 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

    What I’ve noticed is the media seems to be annoyed if Lamar has a terrific game passing the ball and we win it by passing.
    It’s like they want Henry to be the focal point of this team so bad and that he needs to get all these carries and be the main reason for us succeeding just so they won’t have to give Lamar praise

    • @bobaloo20
      @bobaloo20 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think the sports media just hates Baltimore in general. Ravens news falls off the front page so fast. You can see it even more blatantly in baseball coverage; non-stop Aaron Judge content even when the O's are leading the division.

    The Bengals offensive line was holding every play during the entire game and no flags ??! The Bengals defensive secondary was holding the entire game , flags thrown ??? The refs let them play but it’s not fair ?? 🇺🇸🇺🇸

    I had been wondering how a CB got to the ball carrier so quickly on Chase Brown’s fumble…
    And it looks like Marlon was playing Kyle Hamilton’s spot on the defense.
    Which makes me laugh so hard!
    Because Deebo told Marlon he plays CB like a LB and Marlon said thank you! 🤭😂😂
    On the 2pt attempt… Gesicki is within 5yds of the line of scrimmage!

    I'm getting tired of SAS and Nick Wright bringing up Lamar's playoff history. This is the regular season and if you do bring up Lamar playoffs history please bring up Allen, Burrow, Herbert, The Prince and the rest of those QBs that y'all always putting in front of Lamar that's never won a SB🏆 either.🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏿‍♂️

      Like I always say Tom Brady and Mahomes got people thinking that playoffs are easy. It took Peyton Manning forever to get that postseason success. After winning the super bowl what had Aaron rogers done in the post season. Josh Allen been getting bounce out the divisional every year after AFC championship game in 2020. Lamar will get that post season success because he's an all-time great QB, it just takes time for him and the team to figure out. Plus, Lamar has John as is head coach 😞.

    They need to run out of the pistol it only makes sense Derick can still get downhill and Lamar still has space form the line and play action is still open.
