What amazes me as a Ravens fan since they came to my hometown in 1996, is that people still, even now, cry for the days of Flacco. To me it shows a huge disconnect from reality. Lamar Jackson is already a legend.

Lamar Jackson has proven himself over and over again. Huh,and they said he couldn’t throw. I like that Lamar keeps on being the best he can be regardless of what others say. ❤️🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@@postverifiedlifestyletheres no way. He’s good but he’s borderline not even Top 5 right now. He is not an elite thrower, showcased by missing wide open receivers down the field A LOT. He’s never thrown for 4000+ yards and only thrown for 3000+ yards twice. He is the reason why the ravens are winning a lot of games BUT he’s also the reason why they’re losing a lot of important games. He can’t win it all on his legs and his passing talent just isn’t elite. I truly believe Lamar Jackson will never win a Super Bowl. He will start hitting a point soon where his physical capabilities start going downhill and unlike a Mahomes or a Brady he cant rely on his passing skills and improved football knowledge. His football knowledge is improving with age like it is for every quarterback. But he doesn’t have the passing talent to continue to play well into his 30s. Mahomes will hit the sweet spot where his physical capabilities and his NFL knowledge/IQ are both at an insanely elite level. Simply because he’s learning and improving with every season. So is Lamar BUT since he relies on his mobility so much he wont have the physical ability to match it. I don’t see him keeping this up for another 5 years tbh.
Just hate they took so long to give him weapons they needa stop putting all there money and stop focusing into the defense and put more work into the offense because a defense can only get you so far, And I'm glad they finally gave him a real offense coordinator hope he can do even better in year 2.

If you really wanna get a sense of how much he carried the Louisville team, take a look at their record from 2018, the first year after he left. 2-10, the worst season in school history that ended up getting Bobby Petrino fired. It showcased just how underutilized he was and how the Louisville coaching staff didn't even know how to develop him or use him properly and he succeeded in spite of that. An example that proves the point is that Lamar's QB coach at Louisville was Bobby Petrinos son who was not at all qualified for the role and was clearly a case of nepotism, one of many that were laid bare as the 2018 season went on.
17:00 At this point in the video, you could state that the Chargers would be the first of many teams to outcoach Lamar's head coach during playoff games in the future ! Unfortunately, setting Lamar up to be ridiculed by shortsighted "analysts" as a choke artist. When in reality, all of us Raven's fans know the only real reason we've even been in a playoff games every (of his healthy) years has been because of his play ..! I really hope Lamar can win a superbowl in his future, in spite of Harbaugh's ineptitude to properly gameplan playoff games .
I couldn't have said it better myself! The AFC championship game last season was the worst coached ravens game I have ever seen! Harbaugh and Monken were actively doing everything they could to lose the game! 6 runs with a team who signed Dalvin Cook to buff the runs in the playoffs should've gotten them investigated!
Yes, tired of harbaughs game management in the playoffs. Doing stuff like failing to convert on 4th down 4 times against the titans, and not running the ball against them or the chiefs. Mike McD should’ve been promoted after last year man
This is 100% on point. Everytime we get to the playoffs it's like a different team shows up on offense and we don't do any of the things that made us successful to that point. Harbaugh is a horrible playcaller and an even worse game manager often wasting timeouts and throwing challenges on the dumbest things. Lamar is the primary reason why we succeed and it's in spite of the inept play calling. Although I am much happier with Monkin here than I was with Roman but I think we should've Replaced Harbaugh with Mike Macdonald instead of letting him leave and go to Seattle.

I never looked forward to watching Tom Brady play, but I will stop everything to watch Lamar. Football is a team sport. However, Lamar is the best we have ever seen.
He gets a little but better every year. So excited to see what he can do, and really hoping the offensive line dosent wreck his season this year. (yes I'm incredibly concerned)
Because the NFL is rigged, and we all know why Kansas City won the last Super Bowl. Taylor Swift made the NFL more money than all NFL marketing efforts combined. And it was FREE. She will be a minority owner soon, and the Chiefs will continue to win. Players can't be angry; it's a profit-sharing league. It's a business.
Jackson can't and probably won't beat Mahomes in the playoffs, but he remains one of the most awesome quarterbacks the League has ever seen. Dan Marino never won the Super Bowl, either, but everyone still recognizes him as an amazing player. Hopefully we come to recognize Jackson in the same way. Additionally, despite his iffy (but steadily-improving) passing prowess, Jackson has lessened the old-school disdain for dual-threat quarterbacks in the pros. Jayden Daniels tends to be billed as Lamar with more passing skill, but I don't think he would have been drafted as high as he was if it wasn't for Lamar. Jackson is walking so future QBs like Daniels can run.
He should've won a second Heisman with the numbers he put up his junior year. I don't know why Heisman voters keep players from joining Archie Griffin as a two time winner.
Lamar AND the Baltimore Ravens are now primed for superbowl run. We want the 49ers after we run through our little brother (the chargers) in the playoffs.
The reason they wanted to drag Lamar was because his mom was his agent. That means all the money stays in the family plus his best interest are protected. They didn’t want that to spread to other players.
To be there at home in Louisville and seeing this man play was beyond amazing to see 👀 I’ll never forget how loud he made our stadium. 🏟️ GO CARDS!! 🔴 we miss you buddy! Always number one in our eyes!! ☝️
the thing people need to say louder is the coaching staff needs to not choke with their game plan in the playoffs. the play calling is a severe panic by them each time. or they are dodging paying incentives. idk it's just such a weird two time play call choke job. no balance no rhythm and this year apparently ignoring the oline could create a major issue.
I'm a big fan of Lamar Jackson since the first time I saw him play for the Louisville Cardinals. I compared him to Michael Vick because I remember thinking to myself "This guy can easily be a thousand yard rusher if he wants to but he's even better than Vick cause he was to me a way better passer. This guy was dropping dimes in on his receivers all over the field and I'm speechless everytime someone questions his passing game.
Lamar's second MVP solidifies his greatness, but do the Ravens have the right pieces around him to go all the way, or is the team holding him back? Would he be better off elsewhere, or is Baltimore still his best shot at a championship?
Every other team had a chance to sign him last off season.. ONE YEAR AGO.. and NO ONE made an offer.. But the Ravens deff need to give him a solidified #1 receiver. But they have went WR in round 1 3 out of the last 6 drafts. So it's not for a lack of trying. It's for a lack of being willing to spend on a veteran.
@@Flatline_Forreal They have Zay Flowers. I think they are going to be JUST fine. That offense has Derrick Henry now and Todd Monkens who is calling plays for offense. The way Todd dialed up the offense for Lamar last year with him in that new system. Now a full year in it and Derrick Henry. The Ravens are scary beyond belief.
As a ravens fan. The team is the problem we go dumpster diving for receivers and instead of trying to put the best possible team around him. I’m not saying go get a jettas but when you have a chance to get a Hopkins or aiyuk you kinda wanna at least try
The Ravens should have done more to keep Hollywood Brown.. he may not be the BEST or a solidifed #1.. BUT him and Lamar had a connection and chemistry.
@@Da_Franchize410 i agree with him wanting a trade.. look at how that Offense was being ran by Greg Roman.. it was a no mans land for WR and then come contract time they would have wanted to pay him less based on his numbers.. even though he wasnt given any real oppurtunities bcuz of the scheme.. so yeah i get why he wanted to leave AND also think Zay is a better WR. however that dont change the fact we could REALLY use some one who has chemistry with Lamar in that WR2 \ WR1 slot.
imagine that the guy that hold the ball the most is also the most Athletic explosive guy on the field. you'd think it's obvious right? but he makes Vick look ...talented
I think this is Lamar's year (again) but I'm not sure the Ravens can win the whole thing because of their defense... football is a team complimentary game & as of now it's unfortunate that an off game by the offense probably means a loss
He's on track to win his third MVP. And as of this comment after beating the Bengals on Thursday Night Football he is the top passer in the league. I just hope he can get at least one ring
I don't think so we are rebuilding on both sides of the ball we lost so many skilled position players and the one who replaced them are good but are in the development stage I do expect that as the season goes on they will get better I just think we may lose to many in the first part as the team adjust
Having even watched yet ...this boy is the truth ...if not for KC juggernaut they probably wouldve won the super bowl at this point ...i dont see any other team in the AFC beating them ...
To you Ravens fans...question for ya': Have any of you ever seen Baltimore Ravens QB as dynamic as Lamar? I'm talking since the beginning of your franchise? I'm always in awe when I see Lamar play. God has blessed him with a talent unmatched by any other player I've ever seen. And I thought Vic was the shit back in the day....but Lamar is exclusive, one of a kind. He's the GOAT in my book.
The lesson here is "NEVER LET ANYONE DEFINE YOU" go out and live your dream and keep the dream thieves from stealing yours because they don't have one of their own.
Let's be honest: everyone knows that the NFL is racist. However, I'm not mad at people for doing what they love to do. Just keep the understanding that the organization is racist and never be surprised by the racism.

Your editing is really good, awesome vid. cant believe you only have 3.12k subs, one thing i would say is get rid of the ai pictures. you earned a sub!
Only one thing bothered me about this video. Pompano is pronounced Pahm’ puh-no (not Pahm-PAH’no)… otherwise, this is top tier 💪🏾🤝🏾
I appreciate it! I have been told I pronounced it very wrong
@@NotAnInsider that should let you know if that's all we have, this is an excellent video... thanks for this 🤞🏾👍🏾💜
I never looked forward to watching Tom Brady play, but I will stop everything to watch Lamar. Football is a team sport. However, Lamar is the best we have ever seen.
He gets a little but better every year. So excited to see what he can do, and really hoping the offensive line dosent wreck his season this year. (yes I'm incredibly concerned)
THE BEST EVER
This is the Ravens year!! #8
Why he doesn't have at Least 2 rings already astounds me!
The scariest about it all is Lamar get better every year. MVP3 SB coming believe that✊🏽
Thank you mama lamar I'm glad he's a raven
I love how his mom flipped the tire across the backyard that is crazy
Lamar will 100% beat mahomes in the playoffs, if nothing else than by the fact lamar will be holding up the lombardi in february.
No way, Chargers now have Harbaugh. Herbert about to be unleased.
The reason they wanted to drag Lamar was because his mom was his agent. That means all the money stays in the family plus his best interest are protected. They didn’t want that to spread to other players.
Everyone should watch the documentary fear of black quarterbacks.
Mike Rob was QB at Penn St and he turned into fullback, he a Seattle Legend
Lamar's second MVP solidifies his greatness, but do the Ravens have the right pieces around him to go all the way, or is the team holding him back? Would he be better off elsewhere, or is Baltimore still his best shot at a championship?
The team holding him back. - ravens fan
@@OctoberGhosthe’s failing himself😂
As a ravens fan. The team is the problem we go dumpster diving for receivers and instead of trying to put the best possible team around him. I’m not saying go get a jettas but when you have a chance to get a Hopkins or aiyuk you kinda wanna at least try
The Ravens should have done more to keep Hollywood Brown.. he may not be the BEST or a solidifed #1.. BUT him and Lamar had a connection and chemistry.
I agree bruh we gave up on him way too fast, he would’ve been perfect in monkens scheme.
Hollywood requested the trade. He thought he could make more money going to a pass focus team. That was on him. It’s Zay’s time now.
@@Da_Franchize410 i agree with him wanting a trade.. look at how that Offense was being ran by Greg Roman.. it was a no mans land for WR and then come contract time they would have wanted to pay him less based on his numbers.. even though he wasnt given any real oppurtunities bcuz of the scheme.. so yeah i get why he wanted to leave
AND also think Zay is a better WR. however that dont change the fact we could REALLY use some one who has chemistry with Lamar in that WR2 \ WR1 slot.
Blame antonio brown makin all des wide receivers divas
imagine that the guy that hold the ball the most is also the most Athletic explosive guy on the field. you'd think it's obvious right? but he makes Vick look ...talented
Thx. The Young Man is goooood!
One Super Bowl win will easily make him Top 5 all time imo
I think this is Lamar's year (again) but I'm not sure the Ravens can win the whole thing because of their defense... football is a team complimentary game & as of now it's unfortunate that an off game by the offense probably means a loss
He's on track to win his third MVP. And as of this comment after beating the Bengals on Thursday Night Football he is the top passer in the league. I just hope he can get at least one ring
He’s pretty quarterbacky if you ask me.
The fact that he was rated a 3-star recruit was insane 😂 rebuild the rating metrics at that point 😂
Flock, we getting a ring this year💍💜💜💜🖤🖤🖤😈😈😈
🖤😤😤
To you Ravens fans...question for ya': Have any of you ever seen Baltimore Ravens QB as dynamic as Lamar? I'm talking since the beginning of your franchise?
I'm always in awe when I see Lamar play. God has blessed him with a talent unmatched by any other player I've ever seen. And I thought Vic was the shit back in the day....but Lamar is exclusive, one of a kind. He's the GOAT in my book.
his only major flaw is the possibility that he poops his pants. Lamar's battle cry: "BRB - gotta poop".
What about other quarterbacks that don’t make it to the dance?
@@6citysaga Lamars never made it to the dance!🤣🤦♂️
@@Mbowman223Lamar has to win in spite of his coach.
if youre referencing the browns game, he won that one though... and went on a 3 game winning streak to clinch a playoff berth 🤓🤓🤓🤓
@6citysaga brother don't argue with a white man they can't help themselves
The lesson here is "NEVER LET ANYONE DEFINE YOU" go out and live your dream and keep the dream thieves from stealing yours because they don't have one of their own.
Let's be honest: everyone knows that the NFL is racist.
However, I'm not mad at people for doing what they love to do.
Just keep the understanding that the organization is racist and never be surprised by the racism.
Agree or else there would be at least 30% Asian players.
Yes, we need more white cornerbacks and running backs
Maybe racist but still 80% black players
@@chrisstephens2984 only because black people on average are more dominant at Football than any other group. You have to like someone to employ them to make money for you.
@@chrisstephens2984 That makes zero sense!
His mom saying “lame don’t cry” is shocking I don’t know why but you would think it would be ok to mourn your loved ones
