Sir you are right however it's not all developers here are collecting money without development we have some sincere developers that are doing great and those are the ones I chose to work with because our clients hard earn money must not go down the drain. Thank you for your observations and have been in fight with the developers that are not serious and won't stop the fight until our clients get benefit for their investment. Lot of estates here are for the future that's why we call it landbanking. However developers that have defaulted already and are not remorseful I make fight with them. It's not easy making money these days and investing into rubbish. So I try as much as possible to avoid such developers.
