Resident ohio state fan here, ive really enjoyed talking with this fan base in the comments since before the season started. But we all knew next week would eventually come.
I'm very pleased with Oregon's play since the OLine got healthy again during Oregon state week and onward, and its worth mentioning that even though your OLine was massively reshuffled during weeks 1 and 2, you still won those games. I really didn't want to be the second already existing B1G team to face you because I think michigan state was a wakeup call in some ways, and i dont expect gabriel to make the same interceptions he did this week for example among other things. Next week I expect sparks flying from both teams.
I would gladly have a beer with any one of this fan base, but the week where we root for opposite teams has finally come. Hoping my buckeyes can pull out the win but may the best team win 🌰🌰🌰
The Oregon fanbase has been toyed with enough by the results of football games past. Guess that helps with the understanding that we’re never as good as you wanna feel we are hahaha. Excited for a good game next week!

THis felt like an Oregon Ducks Highlights reel for the most part.
Sparty didn't have a lot of highlights until garbage time. They will get better, and Chiles has the raw materials to be excellent, but this is year one of the East Lansing rebuild.

These are Oregon’s cancer awareness uniforms. It’s yellow cause it’s the cancer color that Dan Lanning’s wife had. The multi color bands are for each cancer ribbon color.

Texas fan here, the ducks have the Oline figured out, they will just keep getting better, they are running better and it’ll keep getting better as well
HOWEVER, until DG starts playing better and until they start using E-stew like how they force feed Tez Johnson.. they are beatable. The Ducks have probably the second or third most deeply talented team in the country, the defense is good and the secondary is getting even better even with out an elite pass rush.. BUT GET EVEN STEWART THE BALL. We and everyone else in the country wanted him for a reason. 7 is a problem. Get him the balldamnit😂
E Stew is great, but Tez is one of the best in the country. No one is going to get more catches than him. E Stew caught a td tonight and had a big game against Boise State. He will have his time. Not like Oregon has been showing everything in all these cakewalk games. The one tough game they had, E Stew had over 100 and a TD.

But they force feed him, I think it’s because they are trying to create a connection and chemistry between him and the DG since DC transferred in which is good.. but I feel like they’ve overdone it in a way, he’s gonna get his now, they should start forcing things Stewart’s way a bit more.. but you’re probably right because that’s the same thing we’ve done, you’ve had so many talented receivers in the room and such an easy schedule, you’ve kinda want the opps to think they have the guy to key in on while the whole time you’ve been working on schemes for other elite talents without putting it on film

What a blooper for Michigan State to come out on the opening Drive of the game in get in the Redzone on the three in fumble. They can't do nothing right to save they life you can tell from that moment on it was bout to be a long night for Michigan State.
This game could have been closer than it looks, because Dillon Gabriel is still turning the ball over. If he can clean that up, then Oregon can beat anybody

Some information about the uniforms.
These are Oregon’s cancer awareness uniforms. It’s yellow cause it’s the cancer color that Dan Lanning’s wife had. The multi color bands are for each cancer ribbon color. His sons helped their mother design the uniforms, and NIKE made it. It’s really good video to watch.

Yes. This was the cancer awareness uniform designed together with Coach Lanning's family (his wife is a survivor of osteosarcoma).
This year, the normal rotation of Duck uniforms are really pared down, verging on boring IMO. These yellow ones are one of a couple alt uniforms that harken back to 2010s-era uniforms. Apparently we’ll only see these design types a couple times throughout the season…

Michigan State defense holds up through the 1st half but the offense doesn't produce or they have a turnover its a never ending cycle through these last 3-4 games

D. Gabriel first INT was just a great play by the DB, got to but that high and to the back of the end zone next time. The best thing from this game was establishing the run as Ohio State heads into town because being one dimensional would not have been great. I believe if the Ducks get pressure on the QB of Ohio State we will cause a few turnovers and win by 14+
Big time Duck fan here. I must say that this was just another unimpressive Ducks win. I'll sit up and take notice if they soundly beat the Buckeyes. I highly doubt it as the Buckeyes are just too big of a match for Oregon. So is Texas, Alabama, and Georgia.

If there is one single person alive that doesn’t think these games are fixed please explain to me this one. Kicking a field goal down 31 seven with 10 seconds left to blow the 22 pointspread speaks for itself. Oregon got the ball with four minutes or so left receive three penalties in a row and a 15 yard penalty to make sure Michigan State got the ball back. Then instead of going for it down 24 points last couple plays of the game you kick a field goal to make the spread. This is an embarrassment and we definitely figure that it is the games are fixed to cover and not cover spreads.

this oregon vs osu game is gonna be good i think. osu vs msu 38-7 and oregon vs msu 31-10. although i’ll admit osu didn’t play starters a lot of the 3rd and all of the 4th quarter so osu would have definitely beat msu by way more if they wanted to

The Oregon offensive scheme isn’t an air raid offense that’s routinely throwing over the top. It’s got lots of screens, short passing game, and some intermediate. The last few years we’ve seen lots of intermediate 20-30 yard passing. But hey, why actually try to learn something when you can continue to hate?

Oregons Defense is as good as that 2010 Oregon defense, if not better, and Oregon looked better against MSU overall than Ohio state. MSU scored on the starting OSU Defense. It took the 2nd string in the 4th quarter to give up a td.

They weren't able to score almost the entire night. They're on the 24 at 4th and 14. So they can either take the three points or they can throw an incompletion or run for too little yardage.
