The quick answer is, as we are asked about pads all the time and are aware everybody's pads and position preferences are different so why not offer a make your own bespoke pads - and let you stick them where you want. Plus I used to ride horses and the saddle area of the V11 was lacking the grip required. Shit now they will change it and it will be one less EUC Bodyguard required! 😠

Hi @@Randoman9987 , As with most of our new EUC Bodyguard products, the concept for the V11 Bodyguard was shared with a number of our customers for input and feedback. A process that took several months to complete, due to both the unique requirements for this wheel and the extended times required to source the materials (in the world as we know it today). If someone wasn't involved for the entire duration of the development, and has "dropped off our radar" due to the extended time frame for development, it definitely wasn't deliberate. Though my personal expectation is that anyone in that situation would contact us directly (using the same forum as previous discussions), rather than escalating it unnecessarily on a public forum, which I can only assume is intended to "shame us" (?) into some specific action. Unfortunately it can be almost impossible to correlate social media and email accounts, so we can't identify the customer you are referring to. If that "Canadian customer" reads this however, and is happy to contact us directly, then I am sure we can resume any discussion that was underway...
