Finally on his V11 he prefers the Inmotion pads... eventually with the EUC custom pads at the top... Well, it's a very good test. I've got a V11 and Inmotion pads. I have to put them high to feel/get the tork of the wheel and so I haven't my feet locked... I'll try to do something like EUC custom pads for the top of my wheel and so I'll lower the Inmotion pads

Yeah! So sometimes the things we have are already good... it's just that we look for bigger and better and it's not always there. Adding high friction pads at the top definitely did the trick... it will be interesting to hear his experiences next time we meet.

Another good video, so relaxed and informative at the same time. :)

Thanks Wilson! Goes to show... sometimes we are close to having a working solution. Just takes a bit of fiddling. Fiddly diddly! Nice that Zebastian could swing by my place after work for some wheel wanking.

I really like the high density foam for the upper saddle. You said your buddy makes v11 specific? Does he sell to the public at all???

    Hi,
    Nice video with good explanation!
But, at 02:23 min : what kind of pads are they? And what kind of glue or tape you use to fix the pads? Seams like fix on and off no problem but hold enough to ride? On mine V11 I use the flex pads and on Z10 grizzla baby pads...
    Regards

Hi Tom! Glad you enjoyed. There is a link to the pad maker in the description of the video. The glue was residual glue from double-sided tape. It seemed to do the job so why not! Great to hear the flex pads work on the V11. He tried my Urban star which are similar but wanted some more heel lock for jumping.

I just had my first pair of power pads arrive and they are the Grizzla pads. I figured you have tried them all and you really went on about these pads for a few videos so thanks. I love 'em. Got the front Black with yellow toe to match the yellow rear pads, all of which have the reflectors.
Also, totally loving the Armoured jacket and hoodie. I noticed, though, after one fall with the jacket, the thumb holes ripped out. Not completely, but are far more comfortable now that they're ripped so maybe not make them so small, but I watched Wrong Way's video and he wanted smaller thumb holes, so I guess it's just my awkward, gangly arms that are to blame.
Anywhy, I like the V11 and was thinking of getting one when they came out, but decided to wait to see what better suspension wheels would come out and now we have so many to choose from (most from Begode). I'm thinking Eagle or Master, but not sure which. Can't wait to see your videos on both when I know they will inevitably be made.

Hi! Congrats on the Grizzla! Super happy to hear that you like them. They can be a bit tricky to place but that is also one of their strengths as it makes the fit highly customisable. I know a couple of riders out there in the world that did not like them... but that's life! Black and yellow is awesome!
Glad to hear you are enjoying the jacket and hoodie as well! I don't use the thumb loops and they are there from the olden days. Now that our elbow pads extend a bit down to the forearms I have been considering getting rid of the thumb loops... since I don't really see the sleeves sliding up. Except if someone prefers a looser fit.. or simply has to wear a looser fit because they are tall and thin. So yeah some people want bigger thumb holes and some people want smaller thumb holes lmao! And here we are haha. We had a batch in early 2021 with smaller thumb holes and the whole world complained! Then we switched material and made a medium sized thumb hole and those ripped a bit easier but it is not crucial to the garment. Still I have raised the issue so that we reinforce the stitching in future batches.
I could actually consider owning both the S20 AND the Master. I would probably ride more chill on the S20 and 70kmh is plenty! Tiltback is a nice mechanism to have and Kingsong/Inmotion wheels are usually nicely tuned which makes them pleasant to get up to speed. I will definitely review the hell out of both of them when the time comes. I have been tempted to review the Hero as well... perhaps I will soon. For people that want a suspension wheel NOW it is definitely the wheel to get. The V11 is great and all but plagued with problems leading to warranty repairs.

@@isthereanyfood Thanks for all of that info. It's really helpful to have a community to rely on with technology that is very expensive and solely made in a different country.
On a side note, is there a way to get the thick armor 2 option for the pants? I'm thinking, of all the places where I would want that the most, my knees come first to mind.
Thanks again for uploading part of your life to edutain us all. 😉👍

@@meuconmyeuc1337 I am super happy with the standard level 2 on my pants. I have tried the SAS-TEC SCL2 and they are a bit too hard for me. I prefer elasto-foam to the harder viscoelastic... The shoulders we use in our Heavy Duty set also work as knees but I do not like the fit or feel. XLMoto sells standard level 2 knees for quite cheap, they are called Sweep Knee Protector on their site. They even sell some decent chinos and jeans for a nice price. Even the popular Leatt are somwhat hard to fall on so some nice protective pants with the level 2 sweep and Leatt on top of that is super safe. Knees take a bang and then there is some sliding. But falls vary!

@@isthereanyfood I am planning to buy the V11, but safety and a well performing wheel is very important to me - do you recomend another one? I do NOT want a cutoff because of malfunction. The hero seems to be 15k SEK more expensive than the V11 on iwheel, so not really in the same category.
