In Fayetteville North Carolina in cuberland county district we do NOT set the parking brake, and we also don’t change gears. All we do is open our first windows stop 15 feet from the nearest rail open are doors then close the doors and cross the tracks and one the back of the bus hits the stop bar we turn off our 4 ways, and then close the window
They should take all the time they need to be sure. Wake up earlier and don't always be late to work, so you can wait couple seconds for everyone's safety.

While they are in training they have to take this long in order to get it all right. Thanks for your comment.
