Nutritional values for "Dried Moringa Powder": by gram weight equivalent
-10 times Vitamin A of Carrots
    - ½ times Vitamin C of Oranges
    -17 times Calcium of Milk
    -15 times Potassium of Bananas
    -25 times Iron of Spinach
    - 9 times Protein of Yogurt
In all it has over 90+ nutrients including 46 antioxidents and 36 anti-inflammatories!
This stuff is very potent in its powder form with the exception of its Vitamin C loss due to the drying process which is normal of any plant or fruit.

I have recently found a tree in south Florida and the owner was nice enough to give me a branch from the tree. I picked all the leaves off and placed in a paper bag for drying then broke the branch in 3 pieces and planted them in my backyard. This plant is amazing, from just the branch alone new branches and leaves are beginning to grow on it in as little as 3 weeks. Just amazing!!!

Here in the Philippines its well known as Malunggay or in Bisayan dialect we call it Kamunggay. my mom use to cook food mixed with Moringa leaves every night that's why i'm not that easy to catch any disease and as a matter of fact my grandma use to plant those trees in our backyard.

Very true! We have been using it in the Phils as veggie and medicine. Right now I'm growing several organic moringa plants here in Florida and my husband has been amazed its good effects to his body pain, prostate problem, minor cuts, cough, allergy, etc. We mix the leaves to our different dishes.

Elizabeth Godwin Hi Elizabeth! Be careful as not all Moringa products are equal. you can find it in the health food store just as ground leaf powder. Zija has revolutionized it with the proprietary blend containing all the vital parts of the tree including roots, seeds, leaves, and fruit. Check it out, if you need a distributor, feel free call...1-780-876-5668

I love Moringa! I've grown moringa by seed and by clippings but either kids or squirrels dug them up and killed them. now I have more seedlings popping up and are growing very well. There actually are very easy to grow unless you live where it is cold then either it gets stunted or dies. it thrives in warm climates.

Nice informative video and Moringa does exactly that. Coffee was killing me, way to much and moringa reduced that horrible craving in afternoons and evenings. It has also reduced my eating habits and I feel much better. Your body adjusts to it the first several weeks so give it a little time. You`ll begin feeling the difference.

This is very common in the Philippines and it grows here in California. Last June 2015, went to the Philippines and brought some seeds. I planted 2 seeds in each 4 small containers. Within a week seeds started sprouting, summer time here in CA is warm and best for planting. Friends found out about my Malungay, common name in the Philippines, for a pot with growing Malungay. To my surprised a lot of Pilipinos grows Malungay here in California. Sometimes are available in Asian/Pilipino supermarket in pots, not sure if in season. Also the leaves are available in the vegetable sections. It's a fun food to eat especially the pods/fruits, an art form to separate the fibrous/tough section with your mouth. A relative went to the Philippines for a short visit and I requested for Malungay in powder form. Pilipino supermarket carries the Malungay tea in bags, but the powder form is not, available in short supply. Philippines Supermarket locations are in Glendale, San fernando Valley, Carson, Long Beach..

Nice info about Moringa oleifera...... But how Shameful of you to request prospective buyers to refrain from buying Moringa oleifera leaf powder Made in India, just because you want to promote your product. Fyi Moringa oleifera is an Indian tree & has been used in Indian cuisine & Traditional Medicines since thousands of years. If you want to learn more about Moringa oleifera, India is the best place. Sanjay Malviya he's saying some farms in India have been known to give out poor quality. All he said was to make sure its bright green organically grown and to not be afraid to pay a higher price. He gave India its credit he didn't bash it.
Perhaps if you had relations with India you might feel offended, but in all reality, he didn't say anything blatantly tearing down India or it's agriculture. He simply gave a warning.

My grand parents survived/thrived WW2 by living on Moringa, edible herbs and roots when rice, coconut, banana and other common fruits were rationed buy the "government" (army).Talking about longevity My grandfather 6'1' had a daughter when he was already 63+ years old my aunt is younger than me and I'm 26. we had a moringa tree at the back of the house and all over the poorer parts of town where only dry sand and hard waste water kept the trees alive for generations.

I have the Stenopatala, & oleifera kind. My Oleifera plants have 2 characteristic kinds; 1 Oleifera type grows slightly angled that have some maroon branch color and darker round leaf. The other Oleifera branch spreads in L shape;a lighter brown branch, lighter green &oval shape leaf.

The nutritional values in this video are that of raw "hydrated' Moringa leaves. So their not being dishonest or trying to be anyway. There tends to be a mix up with these values and that of its powder form. However, the dried powder form, which is still enzymatically live if dried properly, has a different concentration of nutrition in it.. It loses most of its Vitamin C content due to the drying process. On the other hand, gram for gram, the other nutrients end up being a lot more concentrated

Talking about Moringa. In the Philippines, my mother has a tree in her garden called Kalamongay. It is a vegetable tree. The leaves is very green looks like moringa. Filipinos cook it with fish. They said that it is full of vitamins. Somebody told me that it can get a very drunk person get sober past. One day, my father's friend was so drunk. I give him a cup of boiled Kalamonggay, in just a matter of minutes he got sober.

most green leafs are high in protien, not just moringa. Although leaves are low calorie, but calorie for calorie most leafy greens are equivalent to meat. For example spinach has 3g protien per 20 calories so 2000 calories of spinach have 300g of protien. Kale is about the same too.

If you're talking about "dried Kale", then it would be compared to Moringa powder.. I've listed the nutritional value of the Moringa powder already.. Moringa is not a scam.. It's not the plants fault that a mlm has used it.. You can find Moringa powder for a very good price without getting it from that mlm you're referring to and I do know which one you're talking about.. Again, the Moringa plant itself is not a scam..

Hey, these nutritional values are for Raw Moringa Leaves and NOT the Dried Moringa Powder. In its dried powder form the Vitamin C is only 1/2 that of Oranges which is due to the drying process. As for the other nutrients, in its powder from, is actually a lot more concentrated which is a good thing.. There seems to be a mix up with the nutritional info..

In the Philippines, we grow this in our backyard and use this for soup daily as TINOLA..yummy!... our hogs are also eating Moringa mixed with papaya and other vegetables... in our local dialect "kamungay". NO WONDER MANNY PACQUIAO IS SO STRONG!
