    fun fact: that floor hamstring stretch can also be done with a pilates ring, a rope, or even a bathrobe belt.

    Love your channel! You guys have helped me so much!! .. My son is 10 and he is orange belt Karate. He is very flexible and kicks really high but i am always afraid he is going to hurt himself and your vid is great , he can now learn how to do it properly - THANK YOU!!!

    Every chance I get I turn off the light with my foot. And do the stretch with my foot on the counter. But I don't do the side stretches to often.

    Hey, i have disk herniation at L4, L5 and S1 and Also have straightening of Lumber spine Due to muscle spasm what should i do? I'm just going throug a severe pain ... And Can u kindly tell How long it will take to recover completely?

    I do some of these stretches every other day, however, I feel every time I have to start over again, and I can only reach the same endpoint every time. No progress. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello i have problem with second exercise that on mat. When i hold my leg up , other leg also move up. İ never keep other leg on ground. 😂😂😂 What is the reason of this. How can fix it.
