I will miss Mike Leach and I havent ever pulled for any of his team's. But I was always a big fan of Mike. An offensive genius

Yes I am a pirate! I have always loved Mike and wanted him to come to Tennessee. I wanted to wave an orange and white pirate flag! Prayers to the family, State!, and college football. There will never be another pirate of the air raid like Mike Leach! I will have a pirate flag in the Orange Bowl.

When he talks about his obituary, it just hits you differently. Life is so unpredictable, what. a lion-hearted man this guy was! Hope to see you one day coach.

He was a fascinating, unique individual, football aside. His eccentric personality was unintentionally endearing. I hope his family can find comfort in all the love being shared.

Easily one of my favorite coaches of all time! Heaven has a new offense for next season! The Air Raid!!! Rest in paradise, Coach!

I’m a football fan. Not a college football fan at all. I couldn’t tell you the first thing about 99% of coaches other then GB Packer coaches, let alone name them. I knew full well who Mike was for a long time. What a legend of the world let alone football Sad day

Just four short years ago from this moment and Coach Leach is gone, there are some deep thoughts about life more than usual with his passing.

He should’ve stayed there, coaching is a extremely stressful job. He would’ve made for a great Rogan interview.

Didn't even think about him going on Rogan. Would've been great.

But coaching is what he loved. I think he'd have been more stressed if he couldn't have done that.

What's he care about his obituary, he's dead. True words Coach Leach although your Family thinks different. RIP Sir.

He should have told ESPN to go pound sand after how they threw him under the bus when he was at Texas Tech.

If Schapp knew when asked about his obituary and said "many, many years from now." It was sooner than anyone would have wanted. But true Mike Leach "What do I care." If he knew then how much College Football as a whole is wrestling with his loss now.
