How successful full is revision ACLR in a? Transtibial non anatomical graft placement
can it be done using all inside ACLR without using screws?
Revision case itself is a challenge. Many times plan changes according to the intraoperative finding. Femur tunnel in your case can be done with flipcutter but if the tibial side is anatomical then we can drill the same tunnel and pass a bioscrew. And also we will do LET to make the construct very strong
@@drsachinjainortho Thank you so much also if a steel screw is used in primary (Not Titanium) How will it be diagnosed with an MRI because of ferromagnetic screw implants are present?
The interference screw is of titanium material only so mri can be done. I don't know other material screw which is used to fix graft.
