This exercise gives you the power to literally be able to control your heart rate during panic or anxiety attacks. I did not even think to try it on an ongoing basis, so THANK YOU for describing the other benefits too! 😊

This is only part of the instructions. It's important that when you breathe in, your tummy expands, and decreases when you exhale. If your breathing seems to be reversed, that means that you have paradoxical breaths. Paradoxical breathing is commonly seen in people who are living in abusive situations. Hold your hand on your tummy if it helps you breathe correctly. You need to breathe the right way to be healthy

I have been having ongoing muscle tightness in my upper back and neck for the last 4 years, and nothing has ever helped long-term. Recently, I have been feeling more dedicated to "feeling better" and actually pausing (sometimes for weeks) to listen to my body. And I just had a thought to slow down my breathing and try breathing in my nose and hold. The immediate release of emotions....I burst like a levee. I had no idea the amount of trauma I was holding in my neck and shoulders. I'm very dedicated to this now

This saved me from a panic attack this morning!
I was exposed to black mold and no doctors are helping me. My symptoms feel like they’re killing me. This is one way I’ve learned to calm my heart down when it’s going crazy 🧘‍♀️ thanks again!
You also helped me reset my vagus nerve and helped me when I had vertigo!
You’re a million times better than any doctor I’ve went to, they just want to throw prescriptions at me and get pissed when I refuse to take them!
