DPM Heng is no fool. You can call him a zealot or passionate but definitely no fool. I have spoken to him personally on many occasions and he is very strongly for Singapore. But attacking opposition is outside his forte. He lacks the true malice to be meticulously vicious. He tries to bark loud but barked wrong. His strength lies in his sincerity to serve Singapore. Not this. Chan would be better suited at attacking, Upstaging or trying to upstage.
