India has vast weaknesses but has be balanced in appreciating the good and recognizing the bad.. He is lucky he has good family support. On the flip side, Indian parents can control their kids and give them less privacy. They dote over their kids and can be controlling. There are pros and cons in western and eastern cultures. We come from the land of Saints who repeatedly preached... A man can RULE only on the land beneath his tiny feet. The same word RULE means very differently for us Indians as opposed to the WEST, To be precise not politically not militarily. India never invaded South East Asia, But you see historically a lot of Indian cultural values and monuments there in SE-Asia. And we were never charged with murdering indigenous people anywhere around the world like the WEST did.
Indian middle class is around 30%, project to grow to 60% in 20 years. Yes there is a big difference between the ultra rich and poor just like any other country that makes it look like India has extremes but India middle class is still substantial compared to other nations.
No, he's part of the 1% thanks to his wife. His wife's cousin's hospital in India was a private hospital where patients have to pay, his mother works in a French government hospital that is free.
One thing he said which was incorrect, maybe because he hasn't been in the system, is the education degree being worth Google CEO or nothing. That's not true at all. There are various tiers of Indian colleges/universities all the way from education for a google CEO to a normal Google engineer to just IT consultancies, and then nothing. The educational grade is definitely continious and not All or nothing.

I loved the way he used the word communist to describe family relations in India. Brilliant! He also goes into the western stereotypes of India - either go gaga or hate it - both of which are not helpful. India just is, like France just is. He is quite clear about his
choice for India.Such type
of migration to promote
friendship among nations.
I stayed for some 20 yrs
in thie US and returnrd to
India for growing age.
India has its own charms.
I am an Indian and went to Paris for work for someday. Believe me i counted each day of my stay and want to come back to India ASAP.
It's beautiful how expats can get the correct analysis of a country because their views can be unbiased. We should make use of their valuable feedbacks.
Everything he said is true apart of Class. Because Indian majority almost 70-80% population is middle or upper middle class.
"you have to India as much as you love India to stay in India" waoo I really like that, imma steal that.
I work for a French company. I am blessed to have such boss. No politics, no partiality. Has maturity to take decision on merit rathar than personal bias.
Excellent perspective of India.

East ho ya west India is the best 🤞🧡🇮🇳
Loved the perspective. He has understood India better than a lot of Indians.
Roads are not that difficult to make, in fact it's the easy part of it and already started from last 10 years. India wants to grow in to its ancient glory, that means as powerful nation with out intimidating by any other power. So This too will pass.
Really liked the overall positive attitude and vibes this guy carries. Merci pour les perspectives positives sur l'Inde. Индия богата всем, станет еще богаче.
Thank you for such an amazing content about India. God bless you my friend 🙏 ❤.
Loved this one! He’s got India down to a T, the insights he has are so so accurate!
India has eduction, but it’s outdated. I mean the way they teach things, history, level of exams, quality of study. All these things need to be considered.
i am indian, I only LOVE, there is no hatred towards my country.
There are other emotions than love and hate.
It reminded me of when Neil Armstrong was asked about being selected for the moon mission. He gave an honest answer: his child had died, and the interviewer asked if that would reduce his productivity. He answered honestly, saying yes, it did affect him, and that denying it would be impossible.
Really honest guest. Happy for him.
Very very simple explanation of your journey Of life to absorb exact opinion of foreign entity.... in our world. very provocative and inspiring... truthful hidden truths of life.
thanks for your opinion about India and foreign bird eye view about root culture, their values, built up of protocols for life journey.
it is very very inspiring believe me keep doing your best... doing your best for your family and ultimately our country.... thank you are son-in-law of our country do your best... have a happy life...god bless u all.. best of luck 👍👍👍💐🍨🥭🍫❤

This French guy is super talented and has positive mindset 👍
I am from Japan 🇯🇵 I really like indian culture
I am from BHARAT and I also really like Japanese culture
But why maximum people of Japan known indian as a bad people?
india needs to walk a long way
thank you for this video!!!! commenting to boost this video!!!
Honest and frank deliberations of his intimate feelings ! Enjoyed! The sea of humanity in India has every tale to tell to the humanity at large! The meaning of life becomes more clearer in this geography than anywhere else!
One of the best interviews I've seen about expats in India. The past part was amazing: in India you have to be realistic in order to have a correct view of the country.
This was good how he explained the nation in a nutshell from economics to lifestyle..
He has right perspectives though. He can enjoy the culture but not be within it and has created a balance. he is right people can be crazy about religion and culture . India has vast weaknesses but has be balanced in appreciating the good and recognizing the bad..
He is lucky he has good family support. On the flip side, Indian parents can control their kids and give them less privacy. They dote over their kids and can be controlling. There are pros and cons in western and eastern cultures. Not everything is hunky dory all the time.
🙏
I AGREE WITH YOU!!!
Handsome Guy Praising India as Telling India will Rule World
As an Indian, we also pay almost 33% tax on income.
So 40% tax for foreighners here is not very high compared to Indians!
india's tax money is being spent on productive things like roads and industrialisation not like the west where money is given to Ukraine.
If you ask Singaporeans to pay 30-40% tax, they will RIOT
@@axianskin small nation compared to india
@@AdityaJape Fraction of the money is going to Ukraine from European taxes, stop with the bs. And more should go to Ukraine or the money will have to spent on repelling Russian invasion in other countries and repairing cities and infrastructure.
@@AdityaJape How does that matter? Singapore has 6 million people, while India has 1.4 billion.
thank you Max Chernov for bringing these videos to others attention.....
French Boy Had Treatment In India he felt well now Praising India
I don't understand why many folks start countering in comments section when any guest has a different opinion than theirs about India. Just listen to them. Everyone will have separate experience and hence their opinions. There is no need to be defensive. Even Indians have very diverse opinions about India. So just chill 😅
I am very happy to watch this interview which I accidentally able to see it... Thanks for a good talk, This too will pass was a good one, thanks again..Best Regards, An Indian.
Max I must appreciate you and your guest selection.
Soyez le bienvenue en Inde comme notre beau frère...tout ce que tu as raconté sur l'inde est 100 % correct...
18:32 Truly motivating👏👏
Awesome interview
World: GDP > Bharat: PPP. Another Max-a-million drop showcasing adaptive topics for meaningful content. Kudos and kind regards.
He got the perfect understanding about India
No, he's part of the 1% thanks to his wife. His wife's cousin's hospital in India was a private hospital where patients have to pay, his mother works in a French government hospital that is free.
One thing he said which was incorrect, maybe because he hasn't been in the system, is the education degree being worth Google CEO or nothing. That's not true at all. There are various tiers of Indian colleges/universities all the way from education for a google CEO to a normal Google engineer to just IT consultancies, and then nothing. The educational grade is definitely continious and not All or nothing.
Well said, thank you
We never want to rule over anyone....vasudev kutumbkam....the world is one family
As long as peaceful people and opposition support the development of our country, India will have a bright future.
I'm an Indian living in France for the last 2 years and there have been many instances where I have felt that I'm living in the past decade. This was a shock because we are usually told that abroad life is better and more advanced but that isn't the case at all.
There are definitely some things better here but India is completely on an equal ground. There's pros and cons anywhere TBH.
I loved the way he used the word communist to describe family relations in India. Brilliant! He also goes into the western stereotypes of India - either go gaga or hate it - both of which are not helpful. India just is, like France just is. Finally, the stereotype encountered when obtaining a tourist visa to France for his wife. The west will never see nonwhites as equals. We need more people like Jonathan in this world. Good interview, Max.
❤YOU are so right that those in the west cannot accept us as equal to them!!! This is how I experienced life here in the USA!!! I JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT THIS IS REALITY!!! AND THE LORD IN HEAVEN GRIEVES AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
Such a good interview ❤❤. Watching from North East..
Love how he explained the whole thing
Good overall bird's eye view of your experience of living in India as an expat. I think every country comes with pros and cons. As someone who lives in Delhi and has only ever visited France for 1 day but speaks French, I can say that yes, France and India are so different! I often joke about Italy being the India of Europe because of how culturally similar Italians are to Indians.
On a separate note, my cousin recently got married to his girlfriend (Punjabi and Bengali wedding) after 8 years of dating each other. And the families knew for 6 years! 😅
What a beautiful way to explain india in nutshell.
Bro is talking such a majestically, I can hear him all day long😊
India is always great. During last ten years india reputation is so excellent in the world.
That is the main thought of Bharat THIS TOO SHALL PASS
This guy is very wise and experienced 🕉💐🙏
From🇮🇳 India brother 🗿
