Did you notice that the size of the saved file on Onedrive was 4 bytes (4:40 on the video) and not the 293 bytes that your attachmed originally had (4:38 on the video).

The saved attachment does not open using this flow. I have tried PDF, docx, xlsx files. They get saved but are corrupted.
