Just discovered your wonderful channel, via an Amanda Palmer video in which an astonishing puppet and very talented puppeteer provide superlative visual interpretation- not the correct word, medication, brain fog, obviously not a child, what a bore, I loathe being over 30! The puppet is a stick, like a chopstick I suppose with what appears to be inexpensive paper, for hair etc, but the skill of her creator and the lighting makes for a very amazing video, so expressive, so deceptively simple- you tube seems to have nearly everything, so I went in search and up came your channel. Intriguing- how could AN UNTALENTED, UNIMAGINATIVE, NOT GOOD WITH THEIR HANDS, BUT A WELL MOTIVATED PERSON LEARN TO MAKE YOUR ADORABLE, singular, your alter ego puppet, the cute little mechanical guy not made of pist its?! On the morrow I will travel the journey to the bedroom across from the living quarters and up the stairway of depression to find them in the utility drawer. Wish me luck. Night falls, and I must conserve what little of this twine candle I have left. Note to self--bring tape.
hes said dabchick is probably his most complicated and fiddly puppet. especially since hes changed it several times throughouy the years. so unfortunately, probably not going to happen. he has expressed an interest in selling them if he can get a manufacture.
