Every time I see a video with the GX80, I regret having sold it two years ago. It was cheap, M4/3 mount, small enough to be carried everywhere… just a great camera. Anyway, congratulations for the photos! :)
@@lorenzoomero thank you Lorenzo! The more I use other cameras the more I love the GX-80 it's so fun to use! I hope you can buy another one at some point
Hi Nelson. It would of helped if you said what your set up was at the start of the video. I liked some of the some sub framing, the tram, and use of reflections too, especially when you shot across the car. Enjoy the rest of your day.
@@colingerard7863 thank you Colin! For this one I used the Lumix GX-80 and the Olympus 17mm f1.8, you can find them in the description. Have a great day!
Great photos! Milan is on my wishlist! Unfortunatelly I just came back from a trip to italy - still busy editing and cutting right now - so it will be some month until I will be back there! And maybe, maybe I will have the chance to visit Milan! :)
Ciao Nelson, do you remember at what time have you done this Pov by chance? I live near there and this is one of the few video about this topic that I consider as inspiration for my session of street photografy. Thank you
did you edit the photos to look this grainy and filmy? i love the look but im worried that my NEX5N with a 27mm f2.8 TTartisan lens wont archive this look. What do you think?
Yes, I shoot raw and edit with Lightroom, I have a few presets to simulate film. With the NEX5N sensor you will be able to achieve this look with the correct preset, it has a similar sensor than the GX-80. And I tend to crop my images so you should be fine!
Hey, great video! Just want to leave a tip since we're gx80 twins hahaha I have a gopro7 that i use for my street pov too and had the same problem. Unfortunally I noticed that 4k gopro footage tend to get corrupter quite easily, you can try all the micro sd cards you want, this will keep happening (at least, the problem stayed for me), so now I always record in 2.7k and never had a single corrupted clip since! Hope this can help, i like your style! Next time you come to Italy let's go shoot together!
Thank you Albert! Great to have a GX80 twins haha! This is the only time that I had an issue with the GoPro footage but I think it happened when backing up from my hard drive into my computer to edit, before that it was working fine. But thanks for the tip! I'm looking forward to going to Rome and Napoli, where are you based?
Finally I found a youtube channel that actually shows high quality street photography!
Used to live and work there in the late 80s in the zone, used to walk those very streets.
That's amazing! It's very different from how it was in the 80s? I hope you enjoyed the video!
@@nelson.arguello it has changed a lot.

Fantásticas fotos !! En que modo disparas? Y con que programa las editas ?
Muchas gracias! Disparo siempre en RAW y luego edito en Lightroom con unos presets que cree para emular film.
Fab!

Wow these are so great!! I love photography and taking photos:) only on my phone though I don’t have a camera yet😭 You’re so talented!
Thank you so much 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Are these cropped or processed out of the camera?
I shoot raw and edit in Lightroom to apply the film look, depending on the photo I cropp it, but just to adjust the framing a bit more
Hello thanks for this nice video with really good inspiration you helped me make a decision about this camera.😉
Glad I could help! Enjoy the Lumix!
@@nelson.arguello thanks impatient to practice 😉

Thank you!
Nice video, nice music. Keep going.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Do you shoot in black and white mode or just edit them after? I just ordered this camera :D
I always shoot in raw and then edit in Lightroom. Great choice! You will have so much fun with the GX80 🙂
@@nelson.arguello These videos really inspire me! Would love to see more with the GX80 :D
Loove the attitude and the photos! Question, did you have to edit these pictures much or are they raw?
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed them! I take photos in raw then edit in Lightroom.
Wich lens did you use ?
I used the Olympus 17 mm F1.8
Well done. Just subscribed. Keep posting please.
