Must discharge capacitors before testing.. if capacitors are big then use a resistor to discharge.. using a resistor will take a few seconds more so be patient.. if discharging with a resistor always follow up by normal discharge method which is to directly connect the terminals with a low resistance metal ie; a screwdriver. This is a different method.. don't shock yourselves. Great video tho.

multimeters also have resistors inside it so automatically it will be discharged until you get the final reading
