I have tried many dupes for Clinique’s Almost Lipstick in Black Honey, but NONE compare to the one in today’s video. I’m shook by how incredible this CoverGirl dupe is! I’ll be comparing the formulas, price, and doing an on camera side by side comparison of both lip colors! Spoiler alert: the results are absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!💕 I hope you enjoy this video. I've wanted the Clinique version since I was a teenager. I never got it because it was usually out of my price range.

I bought this. I like it but I do like the Clinique better. The Covergirl leans a little more bright berry on me but it is nice... just different. It does feel good on the lips. 🙂
The cover girl balm is excellent color, the only downside for me is that it is a fat cylinder the way un-colored lip balm is, usually tinted balms have a narrower cylinder for a more precise application. A fat lip balm is great for smearing on, but the color on this makes me have to be very careful because it easily goes outside my lips onto my skin
I completely agree with everything you said! 👏🏽sometimes I use the edge of one side to apply it. Elf cosmetics hydrating core lip shine (featured in my newer shorts) is a great dupe/has a slanted applicator, but honestly this Cover Girl lip product is BY FAR the closest dupe in color and texture to Black Honey to date.
I cannot find Black Honey anywhere. I used to wear it a lot like 20 yrs ago. Bought this the other day for only $7.90 CAD & love it 😀
Black Honey is always sold out and I’ve been getting it cause the sample size comes in a lot of Clinique GWPs and gift sets. But yea this dupe is 10/10. I love the texture of the CG product so much too!

"Wine Wednesday" by Burts Bees also works, but of course is more expensive than CG

@Laila Amaya It's very glossy. However it only lasts like an hour or 2 on my lips. Honestly, I think I prefer the CG
