Did you mean ( selling at a discount ) instead of "selling at a premium" ? Forward Premium would be higher than the spot rate. Discount would be lower than the spot rate.

The correct FV should be $1,000,000*(1.05)^(1/4) otherwise the of the concepts are right.

mirna fouda the rate 5% is per annum. The invesment is only 3 months. 5% divide 12 multiply 3, the investment yields 1.25%.
