Don't manipulate your feelings just to make it disappears 'cause you'll end up like me who got emotional numbness and it sucks than anxiety and depression. If you have anxiety and depression, don't hesitate to call for help... 'cause if you got Emotional numbness, it feels like you couldn't able to call for help anymore.

It really is so relatable, especially not wanting people to notice but also wanting them to notice that you are feeling anxious. When I was younger, I was sick for three months and that’s when my anxiety really sky rocketed. I was terrified every time I left the house, eventually I was able to get through a full day of school but just going shopping with friends or going to a friends house, I would get panic attacks but I would hide it. I’d just keep smiling and I was able to develop an ability to respond convincingly to someone talking to me (through their body language and expressions) without actually hearing what they were saying because my mind would be taken up with trying to calm myself down. I mostly did this because I felt anxious/sick so often that I was worried if I told people every time they would begin to think that I was crying Wolf (although I lost a large group of friends after I came back to school anyway, not entirely sure if they didn’t want to be my friend because I had changed due to my anxiety or if there was another reason). I was talking to my mum about how often I used feel anxious/ sick and that I didn’t tell anyone including her. She was so surprised, she had no idea that I had been feeling that way so often. Now I do tend to let people know if I feel anxious or unwell, especially if they are trying to talk to me when I am having an attack (someone talking to me makes me feel worse somehow so I just need them to stop talking to me until I calm down). It’s also easier to let people know now because the attacks don’t happen as often and I can calm myself down fairly quickly. Then again, even when I was hiding my attacks, I wanted someone to notice it, maybe if my friends and family knew just how often I would get an attack they would have been more understanding as to why I didn’t want to do stuff. I am grateful that my mum pushed me to do things because I was able to gradually work through my anxiety, I don’t know if I would be as independent as I am today if she hadn’t pushed me, but at that time it was horrible to be forced into situations that made me anxious. To everyone out there who has anxiety, you aren’t alone and you can work through it. It won’t be easy but honestly life isn’t easy. Take it one step at a time and you’ll be able to find your way to shut that frickin anxiety up when it decides to pop out at you.

Even though I feel like I have overcomed my insecurities but when I look back to it I still can't forget it I'm glad that Han wrote such a song cuz its not easy to potrait these genuine emotions through lyrics but he did it. He really did a great job along with the members
As a barbershopper I appreciate a good harmony - and they have done it really well! I hope they explore this aspect more in future songs as it is so good and makes the song hit even harder!
