Everything is put on a silver platter and many words are twisted around, reactions are condemned and actions are described as bad. The inner battle with yourself feels lonely and lost. These people (unfortunately this reflects our society today) are the inner monsters that you fight against and the mere fact that you still remain human, now in relation to Felix or the other guys from Stray Kids or all other people in the public eye, shows us how strong someone is who doesn't perish because of it. The first time i watched the mv i thougt... that seems to hide a deep message (after the beauty and beast history) and you guys SAID IT ALL. I mean, make it sense for him to tell how idols in general and himself as well, to be judged or told YOU'RE THIS OR THAT, OR YOU'VE DONE THIS OR THAT etc.... Even so many people (fans or not fans) say a lot of things about him, some things good and some not good, and I truly believe, in some point, he may had believed them. The wings at the end of the mv as well, maked me thing with the fact so many people say he is an angel, and when he hear that, he always says: I'M NOT AN ANGEL BUT A HUMAN BEING. After watching the final scene where the wings just desappear, i just saw it clearly what he was trying to tell us. He is an amazing artist and human being, for real. He thinks and acts so deeply. People focus on his looks and his voice and on his donations and volunteering, and they call him an angel. And throughout the years, whenever people do call him that, you can see on his face how he seems to be uncomfortable and frustrated by it. He keeps telling us directly, as well, too remember that he's only human, that he has a temper he can't show, that he struggles to express himself, that he's only human and not to put him on a pedestall. And then how that is symbolised in this MV ... He's drowning, chains around his feet, dressed in white and his angel wings, scarred but beautiful. But then he climbs out of the water, finds the rose and falls to the ground. With the love that the rose represents (of Stay? Skz? A certain someone?), he sheds his burdensome wings and is finally able to rest. Good enough, just as he is, with both the light and the dark sides of himself. I'm so happy that you seem to have the same impression as me. It's so beautiful, but because the Beauty and the Beast inspiration is so on the nose, so many Stays are neglecting to look any further. Love Felix... Love the song.... But don't really like the autotune they used on the track. Would have been much better without it; almost makes it sound robotic at times. Also, I think him losing his wings is his way of telling us that he's no longer an angelic boy... He's grown into a man.❤❤❤
