Player was really good with very pleasing to watch fight style unlike some greats with whole matches spammed by df1 and KBD. Character design is the problem for most of the people, fighting style of Chloe is pretty nice.
Its crazy how many people aren't seeing the clear strategy Kaizur was using against Farzeen: he's using the backswing and power crush to get around fff3 and demon flip mixups, in addition to opening up space for the longer inputs for his own running moves by making his opponent more hesitant to attack or use normal frame advantages, its really not as crazy as it looks, just high risk high reward
Yeah he used it in good situations, I mean that's literally his playstyle so he knows very well when it might actually hit. Also hopkick as keep out and to crush jabs.
@@Tryhardfann I dont think the definition of Lucky Chloe is high risk high reward at all, that would be: "Big damage, but otherwise sh*tty character." There are plenty of good Chloe players who don't rely heavily on backswing blows, that seems unique to Kaizur

I respect it, as much as I pull my hair out against these kinda “cheesy” characters if you manage to win, even if it’s partly due a lack character knowledge on your opponent’s part you should still be proud of it. Of course when people learn the match-up you might start losing but until they do keep doing you. Risks, confusion and trickery are sometimes the core of a character’s strength rather than fundamental and safe play. Also it’s fun as hell to watch players like Kaizur and Eyemusician making the best in world lose their minds😂
She isn't the most cheesy character, the gimmick is her unsafe moves have evasive properties that make them avoid the optimal punish, and makes other people's unsafe moves wiff. But to get the wiff part you and your opponent need to hit the button at almost the same time.
11:40 he did the same mistake because the brain goes: "He's gonna press now for sure!" And not: "He's gonna do backswing!" In a FT2 you can't adapt. Others adapted seeing this shit before they had to play Kaizur in the first place. Then again Kaizur either was ready for the match up knowing that this option will beat Akumer's wr move or he got lucky (LUCKY~!) with the opponent.
The only thing that was lucky is the character's name. Everything else is calculated, well-practiced, and perfectly executed. Such awesome plays, looking forward for more :)
To me, Kaizur figured out his opponent's spacing after the first match, and improved as the match went on, coz all those backswing blows were perfectly placed! And if you've versed a good lucky chloe player, you know she has some insane evasive moves, her u4 hopkick is literally highcrushes and almost unpunishable btw lol
