Wow, talk about everything you ever wanted to know about nails, BRAVO doctor ! 👍 For the heck of it I put a cuff around my right leg and checked the BP and found 141/75 and then I checked my left arm and found 116/69. I have no idea what that means but I have been weening myself off Metoprolol for 6 months bc I don't think I have HBP. I now take 12.5 mg on Mon,Wed & Fri. I will do that to the end of Feb and then I'm done. I also take my BP every M,W&F. When I was in my 30's I had cold hands and feet but now at 77(F) I no longer have that problem.Thanks for a very full video. : )
