I agree they would look a lot better with a meatier tire. Stretched only looks good on certain cars, you kinda have to have to be slammed to pull it off.
@@nah3193 I might go lower later on. I gotta make it past this winter. The wheel manufacturer recommended the stock size tire. After we saw this he was like year, should’ve gotten 10 mm more lol
I’m just here to say that this car should have ground clearance. I’ll never lower mine. There’s a reason the older STIs had tons of clearance, you’re supposed to rally them! Of course I just park mine in my driveway and drive on normal roads…. But still!
@ Buddy, I agree to some extent. If the goal is to tear up the dirt roads and snow, up high is the way to go. But on the other hand, I see an older STi on my commute every other day, on lowering springs (or coilovers) and it looks mean as the Devil. Full disclosure, my VW sits high like a school bus!
Was watching your gr86 video and realized I have the exact wrx you have ha. Gotta learn hand wash method and clay bar. a paint correction will make this look way better. Epic orange peal on this car. Great content.
Definitely coming along. I would recommend adding wider tires to fill the wheel better, lowering springs or coilovers, an F1 brake light, side skirts and a diffuser like you said. As a VB owner myself I love the content. Keep it up!
Coilovers and some wider tires. I like the current set up of your car. Clean, sleek and doesnt look tacky. Some people over do the add ons but yours is beautiful. I just installed an accessport and billetworks shirt shifter kit and positive shift kit, jdm sti group n trans mount and perrin pitch stop. What a difference
Man you and Nate work really well together! That WRX looks 🔥🔥🔥 I'm really feeling how this car is coming along, makes me wish I would have kept my VB WRX lol Can't wait to see what you do next!
I appreciate it bro! I was telling people I’m keeping it. They don’t think I am due to my track record. I’ve had a lot of cars and now I just wanna chill. I’m still getting an R8 though. Time to grind💪🏾
Gotta smoke the white reverse and all the red marker lights..and the front amber...makes a huge difference ..mines crystal black silica and I did all those with smoke tint and it's a big difference
i love the exterior stuff you did, planning the same on my MGM just no carbon. I do think it might start looking weird mixing mgm, the dark plastic, and too much carbon. curious if you have plans to paint match anything
@@QueTheChaotic being in VT, I see them pretty frequently. I think it has a good shape to it. I hate to pile on, but all that black cladding killed the aesthetic of the car. I don't know a single person who goes off-road in their WRX, so that excuse is lame. On the flip side, the Civic Type R, Corolla GR, and Integra Type S def have more curb appeal IN MY OPINION.
Those wheels need a lot more tire width on them. You can almost see the barrel.
@@opmike343 they need about a 255

10 more millimeters with imo. Almost perfect because for optimum performance you need a little stretch.

Clean mods. Making the TR your own. The Que special. Nicely done.

Definitely looking way better. Sitting mad high like Grave Digger tho.

Beautiful TR bro, love the wing & carbon fiber scoop
You are on the right track my Friend. I love my 2022 Subaru WRX Sapphire Blue
My first mod was the F1 fog light.
Cleeeeeeean. So far, so good.
Many thanks be to you 🙏🏾
Very tasteful mods. Love the combination of materials and colors. It all goes together without looking over done.
I appreciate that

Aww man. I need to get that taken care of then. Michigan winters 😔
I would go for a stage 2 package before your track opens back up in the spring, but the car is coming along great.
I drove a type S back to back. My WRX needs more power
@ get with cobb and see if they can hook you up with a kit. I believe it puts you over 300hp mark

Thanks a lot! I plan on adding all of these at some point. I’m torn on the suspension since I have a different suspension with the TR.

I’ll definitely need to look into these shifter kits. I want it to feel close to OEM. Not a Subaru OEM shifter though 😅
Well....that is something

Nah. Me and Wrap it All LLC go way back. I would be interested in seeing how you would mod one up
@QueTheChaotic Lol that's dope and yeah I'm curious how I would mod a VB WRX now myself 👀
With all these mods I’m actually starting to think Que might keep this car 😗
The car is lookin better and better brotha !

@@QueTheChaotic it’s gonna happen brotha, one day there will be a green and purple R8 in your driveway… 🫡
When I had the WRX I also installed the bolt on muffler delete. Sounds mature, not too crazy. I liked it.
I need an exhaust. I was talking about it but I clipped it out the video
Have you reached out to companies like aeroflow dynamics and perrin for sponsors? These definitely need some work but shine with mods
I reached out to AFD twice a few months ago. They never responded.
@QueTheChaotic Boo!!! Lol
Get the color matched fender flares and coilovers!!!
Oh yea those mods help the look a lot.

I don’t plan on paint matching. It would be almost too subtle on this color. I need to see one up close
Big improvement.
I appreciate it🫡
Looks clean! Just needs more low!! 😬
Need to tint the windows. Always my first mod to any vehicle. So far it's looking good. 😎✌🏻
I normally do tint them exhaust but I had to fix some ugly first 😅
@@QueTheChaotic understood. 😁
lookin MUCH better - would love to see all your touches on the Miata too, though it doesnt need it as much as the subbie
I need to start planning that out. I know I want a front splitter, wheels, and a different wing.
@ can’t wait to see what you come up with
Hell naw that tire shop would be fixing all that damage it's a brand new car
Car looking good sir.
Maybe mod your side markers in the rear. I don’t on my cars but I haven’t done any besides tint.
rear diffuser for sure. 255's for sure. TINTS FOR SURE.
Heart stuttered a bit seeing your WRX go in that car was machine 😢
personally i think you should put the front badge back on, looks uneven with the rear having the text and logo badging with nothing on that grille
Would removing the badges in the back leave holes? I wouldn’t be opposed to taking them off
Wings a bit big but hey that's just me. Now if you could only do something about the hideous rear plastic bumper.
...what in the WORLD is tipsy ice? 💀
Lol what I say?! I just recorded this today too 😅
@ it was on one of the trucks that the shop wrapped…😗 I could only wonder what the hell tipsy ice is
Do not change the suspension I feel like you would regret it. A wrx is supposed to have ride height imo
@@twistedsneaks1932 I agree. Especially since I plan on rally crossing it
Rims amazing do not like the stock tires/wheels.

You can make the wrx look a Little better, buts its never going to be a beautiful or stunning car 😅
