I'm still bitter about when Hawk did his 900 in the 99' X-games Best Trick Contest. Colin landed a backside tail slide big spin out and a backside 360 nollie flip. His tricks were so far ahead of its time, but he was rebuffed because Hawk had to land his 900.
Crazy cool to see Colin still ripping with Way.
Been a fan of these two since Questionable 1991. The video that changed everything for me! Still watch it to this day
Same hear. Remember the hype, the excitement at this "superteam". Even Hensley was on for goodness sake. For a minute. I suspect he saw Pat Duffys footage and just thought, that's it, I'm out. Coz it was the belief back then u had to 'keep up' and do the latest tricks, which were getting both more tech and more dangerous. In todays Internet age though its different. We know its about much more than having all the tricks or doing the biggest rails, and skaters can still be popular on style or personality too. I was all over plan b boards. Mike Carroll and Sal Barbier.

That fakie bs heel to sw smith stall at 1:09. The precision required to flip a board at high speed to land a truck on the coping of a giant quarter pipe is mind boggling. What I'm trying to say is, you're the man Danny!

That was awesome legend!!!!! Let's seriously consider this part even more scary when you are far from civilization pushing a huge mega ramp session. Also consider that after trying alot of board shapes I really liked Colin's shape for street skating it has a bigger nose suttle tail and isn't too wide. I bet he still rides the same shape from early plan b boards wish I could get some of his old skool graphics back too

Brings flashbacks to me in highschool in the mid 90s rocking Danny’s shoes and skating Colin’s deck. Crazy that 25+ years later they are still killing it

I wasn’t going to comment, but this was pretty damn cool. The drop in to quarter pipe is quick and effective! The flip tricks on vert always look extra dope and the fakie flip, late heel flip and flip to grabs were beautiful stuff. 2 dope boys and a quarter pipe need to keep it coming!!!

Plan B The Questionable video to the DC Video to this in 2020-2021. Watching this literally gave me goosebumps to see these Legends still rippin it and pushing boundaries. Even tho I hung up my skateboard many years ago and now just an average joe with an average job. It just brought me so much joy and nostalgia watching this. In the days of my youth I used to watch The questionable Video Danny’s and Colin part on repeat same with the DC video.

Super fucking sick to see some fresh McKay footy in 2021. His energy is largely responsible for me getting into skateboarding (through Tony Hawk's Gigantic Skatepark Tour). Danny's the Zeus of skateboarding hands down. He's one of the few who can pull off Metallica in their part.
