As a 90s east coast kid Pat Duffy *undoubtedly* took skateboarding to the next level

One of my moms friends came back from California and gave me a bootleg tape of questionable and virtual reality.. must have been around 95,96. My jaw dropped seeing this stuff. Ditched the soccer balls, stepped on a board and have never stopped since. Thanks OGs!

Just met them both yesterday at south side skatepark for the PLAN B video. Super rad dudes. Living Legends. Forever stoked meeting them
This video changed the game back then. I remember watching it for the first time and was just floored. Even watching it to this day there are tricks that you rarely see now. I remember rewinding and slow motion trying to figure out a lot of tricks throughout this video.

I’ve met both of these guys. Lucky! and when I was a kid I watched this video 2,3,4 times every single day for an entire summer.
Pat Duffy and Colin McKay are skating on this rail and transform back in the past of making the footage to landing every trick while executing the right line of a great spot to creating enough consistency from a long rail gap!

Great video , nostalgic footages , that's the golden age of skateboard , this plan b video part was at 90's a plus of a motivation to skating every day , nothing has ever compared with that , Colin and Pat are really a huge inspiration in skateboarding even nowadays !

This was THE skate video. It changed the game. It was the Zero video for us skate rats, who watched skateboards evolve to have noses, and skate street spots for years without skate stoppers. It was the golden age. I'm 44, and will not stop, ever. Those were the salad days.
And no Sunday shopping! We had the towns and city's to ourselves!
This was sick! First real skate video i grew up watching nearly daily, just as so many of us out there.. The video is still In my top 5 favorites. That day one Inspiration ❤️🔥🙌

Colin you cant imagine how much this vid was enjoyed and watched in the 90s here in germany. we know the lines, tricks, songs, dialogues, we could even recite. Was and will be next to Girl-Yeah right the best skate vid of all times, though it was very expensive over here....but it was pushing the envelope to new dimensions. In our hearts the whole plan B Team will be legends forever!
I remember where I was when I first watched questionable, back then it was than impactful.
I was probably closer to Colin’s age at this time and skated with my older brother and his friends. We would watch questionable before hitting the streets. What a fkn time it was man!
Got this video when it first came out on VHS and later got a dvd which I still watch to this day.

My friend Ivan was so hyped on Pat Duffy's part back in the day. He always talked about Pat skating the handrail in the rain. And he always talked about how the plan b videos had some crazy fights in them. He was a little older than me. I first saw these guys in the plan b video that had Rodney Mullen skating to Aerosmith. Pat Chinita and Ronnie Bertino were in that video too. I forget what it was called. Anyway, these guys are legends and I appreciate them.

Natas and Gonz, along with others like Mike Vallely, Matt Hensley and of course Rodney Mullen, were the pioneers of streetskating.
Without them there would be no modern skating as we know it.
