Cheers for this. Ours started measuring about 3 stone too much. The good lady wife was bereft!
I managed to pull apart, clean (foul of dust and dirt) and put back together thanks to this video.
Still about 2 stone out so she’s ordered a new one 😂

Thanks to your video I was able to make my work again. Mine is a bit different but after cleaning some rust builds-up it had on some contacts, I had miss possessioned the arms that distribute the weight. I saw the correct placement of the arms on your video. Thanks again! 😊

This is me we are talking about! The boards have gone in the scrap board box for now, but that box is getting a bit full, you know, for soldering practice... hmm, this reminds me of the 30+ "old work shirts" I threw out a couple of years ago that I kept for "doing the decorating in" :-D
