This was a great video really gets the idea across what you need to do in order to make one. Was trying to explain what needs to be done with words only to a person and they didn't get it. Amazing video
Great job, but it is not advised to weld with the load cell in place. Welding current will damage a load cell. If necessary remove the load cell prior to welding. If you absolutely cannot remove the load cell, ensure you ground the welder as close as possible to the position where you are applying the weld, and not through the load cell
That was awesome, however I felt like I was watching some 80s television show like Miami Vice and you were rushing to finish it before the drug cartel bust into your room and stole your project. So when is the mini series coming out.
Hi The video is really helpful. I am working with 150 kg loadcell, but I am not getting proper output. The values I get keep increasing irrespect of weight i put. can you pls help.

@@MakerMan i need to know one thing.... Is there is any chance for breaking load cell...( If we putting small load cell) and are you getting precise value
I need it until tomorrow bro I have my final year project tomorrow and I am facing some problems with the code I have it's not giving correct weight measurement and value for calibration factor of known weight is also showing variation
but i think if the platform length and wide chosen bigger then capability of the sensor ,it's may cause damage to sensor by applying load at corner of platform.

do you have any alternative thing to use rather than arduino?

Surely where you stand on this scale will affect the leverage..... and thus the weight reading
awesome.. how it can be calibrated? and what is the function of the push button switch?
maybe it's better to use 4 cell approach? it way more stable when the weight is placed not in the center of the platform
True but this works fine
Who else watches these videos but dosent do it
me here....I ain't capable of making big things...and doesn't wish to do the small and simple one
Have you ever heard of anybody actually doing the damn project tho? As long as wasent like one of those 5 min hack bullshits..
Hello Sir. How can I make the data from the load cell stable during calibration? It gives me a data (weight) but turns back to zero after a while.
Check with the code.
Just add some functions.
Whats the name of that instrument for cutting the junction box for place the lcd ,,....
thank you. I was just looking for like this. Making diy devices looks really fun.

how to check if the wiring is properly connected or the Hx711 module is ok
What is the size of the metal box? Thank you
what materials did you use in making this weighing scale ? what kind of metal and platform ? please reply thank you..
+Beth Dela Torre meld steel and platform in stainless steel
So weighing scale use bending moment to calculate weight.?
Yes
Approved is the best take.

Where do you solder load cell wiring🤔 without solder how machine will shows weight.. Its not possible to show weight

how we can calculate platform dimension?
Not that important
but i think if the platform length and wide chosen bigger then capability of the sensor ,it's may cause damage to sensor by applying load at corner of platform.
Is a 200kg sensor and I kept the dimensions fairly smaller, it around 50 x 40 cm
okey , i'm working on 250kg scale project with obu-250kg sensor , but try a little( 1.3 ) bigger platform then it's recommended dimension.
