Every culture is great. It is because there are so many different cultures in the world that we can have today's diverse society. It is our duty to respect each other. Thank you more for this colorful world!

And, I got an education on some doings in the cosmos. Thank you! and thank you also to NoName for the story of appreciation over understanding.

In the Spring, the Star Mother revolves lower in the sky as the Ecliptic rises higher. In the Fall, the Star Father revolves higher in the sky as the Ecliptic falls lower.

I wonder if there is a corresponding dance that goes with this.

Thunder strikes were going off inside the box. Above the box sat the full moon. The thunder was incredibly strong in SD when I was there.

Every ancient story contains as much scientific as any modern science does. Especially since our modern science contains less and less falsifiable claims anymore (i.e. they cannot be proven or disproven). All what remains are exceptions to those cases, which could potentially disprove a theory. And those exceptions keep the theory alive. Thus, I strongly argue that our ancient creation stories are not less scientific than our modern "stories".
I have been born and raised as a Hopi Descendant who did not care about his ancestors. I did not learn anything about them, I more or less laughed at their primitive backwards ways. Now, as I write my dissertation in computer science, I am presented with paper after paper, which makes big claims which cannot be validated anyway. And I started to wonder, how different our modern world really is, compared to my ancestors from the past...

AN OPEN LETTER TO ALL NATIVE AMERICANS & AMERICANS

I am a white American with pure English blood line with name Craft and I am not proud of the past and my family
did not participate in the extension of the Native Americans and I do not like what I see for the future.
I pledge to you I will spend my time and energy to teach the American people that until the country as a hole
Pay the native Americas back with Land and money this country can not progress any further.
Did you know that in the 1960 when the Cuban's came to Florida the government payed them $800.00 mo.
for every man, woman, child, child, child, grama. granpa, aunt and uncle.in the house hold. this is
back when you could buy Volkswagen bug for $3.000. They bought cars, homes, and businesses they built
little Havana in Miami and they are very wealthy Americans now and you never hear about them being poor and run down.

Time to give you what your due Land & Money
A CALL TO ALL AMERICANS MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR COUNTRY SOLE. AS A COUNTRY WE HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE BEGENNING AND CORRECT OUR FORFATHERS FIRST MISTAKE.
UNTILL WE CORRECT THIS THERE IS NO WAY THIS COUNTRY CAN MOVE FORWARD IN AN HONORABLE WAY.
