Only thing important to her ex, is the adopted sister he is obsessed with, her daughter and his mother. Doesn’t care for his 3 boys, and it has had terrible impact on them mentally. Bought his niece a $1 MILLION PLUS home in LA. What went wrong with their marriage? Her ex was a R&D medical research person who developed Ulthera Inc, a subsidiary of the company he was 1 of 5 shareholders in. WORTH $1Billion, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission. His sister controls the family and she was going to make sure my daughter didn’t get any of it. She nagged him to divorce my daughter, so he did. His mother has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY GRANDSONS. She told my daughter blood relatives meant nothing to her.

I am busy watching through your old cases and the value that people put on human life is sad. My uncle was shot for 5 South African Rand. That is not even half a us dollar. The way people see life is mind boggling. Here woman can't even walk alone in the street and they get attacked. My mother was attacked during broad daylight and she's scared for life. I wish we can live in a world where we are not judge by the colour of our skin or background or religion but by the actions we make as a human.

I've been hearing more and more of these life insurance murders. It's beyond me that people actually still think they can get away with this stuff ESPECIALLY with all the tools at the investigators disposal.

Or where men decides to cheat on their spouse and use no protection to prevent their lover getting pregnant and instead of dealing with the consequences, they rather get rid off the pregnant lover by killing her!
Alimony and child support can destroy the higher earner. Child support is necessary but alimony should be scrapped in modern world as men and women are equal and both can get a job and support themselves.
I know 1 thing for sure is if my brother even suggested for me to do such a thing my next call would be 911 as my brother would do if I asked him to do such a thing.
It is sad that someone would kill someone else because they no longer loved them. If the person would really set down and think about. How happy are you going to be staying with someone that no longer loves you. If you find out you spouse is cheating, one should realize that person no longer loves you, get the pain over with and divorce and go on without causing more pain for yourself and your children. It is not worth it to harm or kill your spouse because you feel betrayed.
These people are self-centred narcissists. They can't think of anyone else other than themselves. Even the kids are nothing (Jason would think his daughters are their mother and his son was just a waste of money too). He's the type who'd try and blame one of the kids for doing it if his neck was on the line.
So I’m not gonna argue for the defendant (cause I think anyone who would kill their spouse - or anyone - is a POS)…but…$2500 right now can very well be an entire person’s paycheck. I don’t know how much money the defendant made (and I’m assuming the CS & alimony would be calculated based on his pay), but $2500 isn’t a small amount of money. In this case, I would venture to say that the defendant’s motive (if he did it) is likely pride and vengeance more than actually paying out any money. The money is secondary and the motive seems to be the fact that her getting money would mean she “won” and he “lost.” Just my opinion.

It is really interesting that the ex husband is arrested for sexual abuse of a child and then his ex wife too. My heart and prayers really go out to these children.
Unfortunately, the person that physically earned the pension sometimes feels they solely deserve the pension for years of employment hard work. Unfortunately many men don't feel having his children, raising his children, and making a home is justified as deserving compensation in a divorce or in some cases in a marriage.
I bet he also expected to get the kids and any money she would have had in insurance etc too. They always have a bigger plan these sociopaths. Poor Chad in the story had other life insurance than ~$20,000 too. More than $600,000 bought in 2018 (after he met her so I bet she bought that too). The whole story never comes out to start with. Poor Sara loved her kids and wanted the best for them and he didn't love any of them.
That is horrific. I hope that you've gotten therapy to deal with your trauma . im 29 and am just now accepting therapy. Living with childhood trauma has lasting affects in every aspect of you. 💔

And no signs of that changing. Yet, I can attest that his military career was supported by me all along the way. Many women are the backbone for these men as they advance. If something goes wrong and the marriage fails, she's entitled to HIS support afterward. Money is NEVER a sufficient motive to take another human being's life. Ever. 🤬 Now those four children have NO parents. How selfish & greedy their father was/IS.
I disagree, alimony is an antiquated concept. When the marriage ends both spouses duties to take care of the other s*** end accept for child support if one of the spouses has full custody. The court systems are heavily in favor of women and there needs to be balance times have changed.

This story really scares me because my daughter was recently married to a guy who makes a lot of money, she made a lot of money and they bought a house they decided for her to stay home so they could start having children. They had my 6 year old grandson then my 4 year old identical twin granddaughters. And either while she was pregnant or right after a cesarean birth of the twins she found out he had been cheating and calling escorts, spending hours and hours at the strip clubs and taking women on vacations when he said it was for work. She didn’t even know that he had a bunch of guns until one day she looked Inside the safe because he accidentally left the key in the keyhole. And he is fighting and fighting to not pay her money that the court has ordered him to pay after he’s the one who filed for divorce. And all of these other things started getting exposed about his behavior. And with him living a seedy lifestyle, I have been worried to death that he might do something to her or have something done to her

It’s absolutely hysterical to me how people pay THOUSANDS a month (it’s over $2,000 a month for my toddler to go to a daycare that won’t scar her for four days a week, five hours a day), for people to watch their kids, but cannot fathom that their “stay at home” spouse is doing any work 😩🤣 just SITTING in a room with a child is emotionally and physically taxing. And TWO SETS OF TWINS!!! Can’t fox stupid though. Narcissists will do anything to avoid being decent humans. Military pay goes up depending on the amount of dependents, aka, wife and kids. They are entitled to that pay, due to the fact that the government has paid the sponsor MORE for them. Idk if that’s making any sense to anyone lol. But yes, that’s how life works. The day he married his wife, the pension plan would have now covered her as well, and that’s why it will be split. Special circumstances exist where there wouldn’t be a split, but that’s exactly that. A special circumstance.
Nicky Sue got a minimum of 36 years for her part in Chad's murder--which was handed down 2 weeks ago. What some people will do for a few thousand dollars. Like they say...she's not exactly a Rhodes scholar. Rest in Peace Chad.

Some people don't even make that much in an entire month, others not much more. So, it's really rather disgusting to hear people who couldn't possibly understand poverty making out like a large sum of money, such as $2,500 a month, is nothing. I imagine your mortgages are probably double that. We aren't all on that level, though. Much, if not most of us don't even have that much in all of our expenses for a month. Just saying.

Sounds like the fortis dulos…I forgot the right name..but the wife came up missing, he had a new gf, then he committed suicide, gf was arrested, wife’s body still not found. Grandma has the kids, 4 or 5. What parent could do that? I know it happens a lot but I don’t see how the hate for the spouse overrides the love for your kids.

I disagree, alimony is an antiquated concept. When the marriage ends both spouses duties to take care of the other s*** end accept for child support if one of the spouses has full custody. The court systems are heavily in favor of women and there needs to be balance times have changed.

This story really scares me because my daughter was recently married to a guy who makes a lot of money, she made a lot of money and they bought a house they decided for her to stay home so they could start having children. They had my 6 year old grandson then my 4 year old identical twin granddaughters. And either while she was pregnant or right after a cesarean birth of the twins she found out he had been cheating and calling escorts, spending hours and hours at the strip clubs and taking women on vacations when he said it was for work. She didn’t even know that he had a bunch of guns until one day she looked Inside the safe because he accidentally left the key in the keyhole. And he is fighting and fighting to not pay her money that the court has ordered him to pay after he’s the one who filed for divorce. And all of these other things started getting exposed about his behavior. And with him living a seedy lifestyle, I have been worried to death that he might do something to her or have something done to her
She picked him, she married him, she breeded with him. She probably thought she'd get a free ride for life.

She would get half of his pension because of the length of marriage while he was enlisted. He got paid MORE BECAUSE OF HER. Military pay goes up depending on the amount of dependents, aka, wife and kids. They are entitled to that pay, due to the fact that the government has paid the sponsor MORE for them. Idk if that’s making any sense to anyone lol. But yes, that’s how life works. The day he married his wife, the pension plan would have now covered her as well, and that’s why it will be split. Special circumstances exist where there wouldn’t be a split, but that’s exactly that. A special circumstance.

I imagine your mortgages are probably double that. We aren't all on that level, though. Much, if not most of us don't even have that much in all of our expenses for a month. Just saying.

Sounds like the fortis dulos…I forgot the right name..but the wife came up missing, he had a new gf, then he committed suicide, gf was arrested, wife’s body still not found. Grandma has the kids, 4 or 5. What parent could do that? I know it happens a lot but I don’t see how the hate for the spouse overrides the love for your kids.

I totally agree. I've known women that will move a man into the home ( without benefit of marriage) and be reaping the financial rewards. They will be working, their "friend " has a job AND the woman still gets the retirement. Absolutely NOT ok.
