  • Music composed by J.A. Seazer aka J.A. Ceasar for the theatre company Banyu Inryoku (万有引力). This was originally released on cassette in 1994. This rip is from a ultra-rare CD-R of the original cassette that may be officially released (there's no way to know). The whole cassette is an hour long and was released before the Revolutionary Girl Utena anime. I believe some of the music here may have been used for the series.
A lot of older J.A. Seazer/Banyu Inryoku cassette tapes have been re=released on CD. Check out their webstore: asiancrack.wixsite.com/asian-...

There's a lot of J.A. Seazer/Banyu Inryoku's CDs on their website (I'll add a link to the description). As for the whole of this album...

Does anyone know if JA Seazer made more music that sounds like this? Some of the songs have a very similar style to Shoujo Tsubaki's ost. Maybe some of the songs for shoujo tsubaki might have been taken from some of his other albums.

It's definitely interesting.. Given the date on this tape is 1994, it was recorded 2 years after Midori was released. I wouldn't doubt the synths used here are similar if not identical to the ones used for that film's score. However, I doubt any of the tracks are on either side of this recording due to the fact that Seazer's theater troupe had no involvement with Midori at all, rather it was a solo project appointed by Hiroshi Harada. Kiryukan (Harada's independent film archive) has the master tapes of the soundtrack but will not release them any time soon due to Japanese music copyright laws. Hope this helps!

@@gynsa oh darn, so you're telling me, that Hiroshi Harada commissioned the ost to Seazer, he sent the tapes directly. And now Harada can't release them because it's not his songs? I hope Seazer also has the tapes of the ost on his side, then maybe we might have a chance one day.
