I worked armed security at a college for 10 years. My boss was retired law enforcement. We were not allowed to be "obese." We had to qualify at the range every six months, and hold an advanced first-aid card, and be part of CERT. This woman would never be hired for a position in our security office, forget a "sworn officer" spot in law enforcement, in my state. Disgraceful.
Indeed. I never worked armed security, but in the jobs I have worked where fitness was a prerequisite, you were in fact permitted to be obese. You also had to meet the fitness and movement requirements. Very few could indulge both simultaneously.
@@LeinaVanceit's common sense you need to be somewhat athletic to join the police force or the army if you watch police footage you'll see how many times cops get ambushed or get shot at out of nowhere and they have to run for cover or for when they have to chase a criminal on foot or climb fences and whatnot.
I'm guessing she kept getting hired to fill that quota of women on the force. There's even fire departments lowering the physical fitness requirements for women so they can be hired, and recently (I didn't read the article so not sure if it's real) but I saw a headline that the US military was lowering req for women. Or might have been Rangers which is even crazier if true.

She was completely untrained civilian..this is a trained officer!!! Wow
After getting fired the second time, she sued for "racial and gender discrimination". I'm guessing that everyone was terrified to turn her down when she applied for the job. What a disgusting human being.
I mean she can be a bad cop and also she could have been discriminated against. These things are not mutually exclusive. You can say she's a bad person but pick the right reasons, otherwise you just look like a racist/sexist.

we had a lady cop in our small town growing up who was just awful. would pull people over for doing 1 mph over the speed limit, wrecked 4 cars in one year, one in a school zone, the other 5 miles out of town when she was going to break up a party at the lake her son was at, came in a bit hot and drove the car into the lake.
I had a woman cop who was really young and fresh out of the academy pull me over for waiting in the middle of an intersection to turn. I didn't even know that was a law.
@Roof Korean the law here in Colorado is you have to stay behind the white line when you have a yellow flashing light. I never knew that. It made sense though because I saw an accident where a car was floating the in the middle of the intersection and caused an accident.
It’s called quotas. Or affirmative action. They have the need to hire a certain amount of women to appease the local government or population. So they lower the standards for women to join. And this is what you end up with.
This is why we need a National police registry that is mandatory. If bad cops cant just jump around from jurisdiction to jurisdiction we might actually see some results.

I really appreciated the commentary at the end of the video trying to break through the hesitation to report deficient officers. Exactly what you said, do you want this officer responding when it's your family in need? There needs to be more of that kind of thinking.
I would say that it was a negligent discharge. Note that the shot broke when she put her hand down on the ground to push yourself up. Because she didn’t have the practice and/or experience with her support hand, she had her finger on the trigger as she attempted to get up with her dominant hand, and it was probably a reflexive reaction to pull the trigger
naw she was scared because she ordered the dude out of the car and he complied but she fell and felt he was coming at her then pointed her gun and shot the dude. its right there in the video
I can see what your saying but it's hard to make that call hopefully she goes to jail for a long long time she should have never gotten a 3rd chance as an officer
Reflective action seems right. It is like when you put a pencil in both hands and try to draw or write with both at the same time. Your non dominant hand mimics the dominant hand only mirrored.
The problem with officers who are this incompetent and physically out of shape... Is that they shouldn't have been in this position to begin with. Rather than hope an officer like this will come to the realization that they're not cut out for this job, they just shouldn't be _hired_ to do this job. The current need to never _offend_ anyone, and to never hurt anyone's feelings, makes *this* kind of police officer more common. 🙄 If anybody else did what she just did, they would be in jail.
"Peace Officers" are almost always tried for negligent homicide and not murder, no matter how damning the evidence. Unless of course, a white "Peace Officer" is involved with the death of a black person, only then is the actual crime fully charged

This is simply shocking, not only her fitness, but her lack of competence and obvious ass covering, "What's in your hands sir" repeatedly, all the time knowing her voice is recorded. She knows she's done wrong and she immediately began preparing her excuses. And why not render aid faster? Why go back to the bloody police car to switch off the sirens when you have a man bleeding out in front of you because of a gunshot you have inflicted! That's a rhetorical question. As for the police department that hired her, after being dismissed twice by other departments? What is all that about. Don't your police talk to each other (I'm assuming she didn't mention the fact she'd been sacked from two departments)? If they did know, who signed her off and why? The sad fact is this goes on throughout America in 2023 because we are not training the police properly 18 to 26 weeks at an Academy is not enough to master the craft of being a police officer. It takes 10,000 hours to master any craft, you can’t get that training in 18 to 26 weeks and I thank you for your openness about, your job, but in America is a flawed system

@@ActiveSelfProtection I appreciate that. The counter is that the latter have a lower level of general expectations as it's not a chosen occupation, so their critiques should be less severe. I wouldn't rip into a private citizen for a serious law violation as much as I would an attorney, for example. To be fair, the difference in this has narrowed recently and been more level with both. This worries me in so many ways for other jobs too. I have legit anxiety because it’s so hard to get people to work post Covid era, that employers are handcuffed. The pool is prob not qualified. Now, it might be ok for office workers or entry level but I worry about the skills needed for cops, pilots, doctors and surgeons moving forward because of the desperation of the lack of a workforce.
I work with a company that WILL NOT fire anyone unless they quit showing up. People screw up all the time badly costing millions and they still have a job. The world is coming to this, you have to mess up real bad in order to get fired or else you are hurting someones feelings or discriminating. I imagine the same is probably true with law enforcement.
Good point. At a company I worked at in the past, there was a minority woman who couldn't find her @ss with both hands and a map. If you looked up "incompetent" in the dictionary, her picture was there as an illustration. But, nobody dared do anything about it. She was considered "un-fireable" because she was a minority female. Nobody in management wanted to deal with a discrimination lawsuit, no matter how frivolous it was.
What's interesting is how everyone is surprised how officers are rehired, or recycled to other departments after being fired from one. This happens more often than not.

What's interesting is how everyone is surprised how officers are rehired, or recycled to other departments after being fired from one. This happens more often than not.
You gotta be internet famous to be hunted down no matter where you go...
On the positive note, the Hemingway Police Dept. are no longer conducting physical fitness tests at the Pizza Hut.
LOL, yeah evidently passing their test is having the self-control to not finish the entire extra-large stuffed crust in one sitting...but she was tipped off and had 2 pizzas at Dominos before showing up for the test and still almost went for the last slice. This one probably never goes more than an hour without eating something!!!!
How she ever got hired on with any LE Department I will never know. Much less how she got rehired for a 3rd time. I am also absolutely positively sure, that this one video will now be mandatory training viewing for all BLE trainees as well as annual reviewing.
Maybe if you yell "sir" one more time he'll come back to life!
What the hell did I just watch? Seeing her waddle back and forth to the car like a duck and saying to a nearly dead person who is not moving "Be still" over and over was incredible.
this isnt new? I’ve seen countless videos of cops cuffing someone after unloading 5 clips into them. like thats the norm
@@brownie3454 I have never seen a video of a cop telling a dead body "Be still"
@@anthonys9513 then ur living under a rock
@@anthonys9513 I hate to say it but brownie is right. Normally there is some shooting or at least pointing of a toy gun or something from the guy bleeding out on the ground, though.
@@HRCSJSUAMMAS yeah, but we are talking about a situation like this not a thousand other ones.
"be still!" .... He is still as can be.. he's dead
she's not the brightest
@Biker Jim the result of eating all the lead paint off all the walls in the house, the tins of lead paint in the basement and the lead off the roof as a child.
He ain't dead - he's still breathing as she pumps the blood outa his wounds with chest compressions!
So much for the Thin blue line.
She literally pushed the breath out of him while he's trying to breathe. She didn't want to be sued so she made sure... they're still looking for the object in his hand.
Yea, I was like . . . He's death rattling and is too weak to swallow fluids. He's dying and you're just speeding it up.
she clearly went and turned off her siren so she could be heard saying "drop the weapon" or whatever... as Mike put it, just a farce she played out for the camera... people like her deserve a lot more time in jail than they ever get.
Terrible.
It is very clear that she realized she f-up and was trying to justify her actions by asking that guy what is that in your hand? For the police camera, she went into panic mode.
Again this shows the malice afterthought and devious ness that a lot of cops bring to their job every day. Having a cop encounter? Get ready to be manipulated the fk or of your rights for no reason whatsoever other than the cop is looking for an arrest or a fine. Meanwhile the real criminals run around under the radar
Wow. She knows she messed up and is trying to improve her lie by telling a dying man to show her his hands.
Im kinda suprised she didn't try and ' Weekend at Bernie's ' him
Cant even barely get up, Jesus Christ help us all. WTF!!!
You shouldn't be able to defend yourself you have to leave it up to these big women to
You fall, shoot someone on accident, waddle around, and when you finally start to do somthing... you decide to do half ass CPR on someone who is breathing and has a heartbeat on his own. She was more concerned with making it clear there was something in his hand to cover her ass then actually doing what needed to be done.
She was probably only attempting "CPR" because of the cameras, so it would look like she was rendering aid (which she apparently had no clue about stopping bleeding).
Speaking as a black man in America, This is some insane stuff right here. How many times was this walking lawsuit fired?
The question is why was it hired in the first place?
You know they're both black right?
@@egone61no he don’t care about them he just had to say he was a black man not just a man 😂
How is colour of your skin relevant to the rest of the comment?
😂@@Lizardskizz
I actually missed the shot the first time because that siren was so damn loud. I thought he just stumbled drunk out of the door and fell. I couldn’t understand what the hell was going on after that.
I think she left it on, on purpose. She immediately gives him command while to siren is on then shoots him. She's so disgusting in every way. Hope she's charged with murder.
Ditto
@chuck 8094 The most confusing and deadly game of Simon Says, ever. "[Crawl forward on just your knees and if you start falling, just bust your face up instead of instinctively catching yourself.]"
I swear when I rewatch it I couldn’t breathe 😥
@chuck 8094 only a cop can murder someone who has their hands up and then be able to collect disability and a pension (also Daniel Shaver incident). The whole system is corrupt.
I saw this video when it was posted on police activity.. left me shaking my head for so many reasons as you’ve pointed out. Never should this person been allowed to carry a badge
In a total coincidence, the Biscuit’s and Gravy shortage the town was experiencing has mysteriously come to an end.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
STOP IT!!! You made me spit out my coffee!!
Wow she is a cop!
Nobody is held accountable for things like this, that is why there is no precautions taken.
This would be comical if her ineptness hadn't cost a poor man everything..now I'm just left speechless and angry
I’m left sad I bet that man drove away because he didn’t want to be killed. I don’t think any FIT officer would’ve done this but she’s an exception….
@@User-be5yj This happens almost every damn day, what are you talking about?
Well, u got what u wanted u clicked on the video.
Ive been saying this for years. Nice to see others talking about incompetent officers being passed through training.
OMG that poor man....RIP
Why is she pumping his heart when his heart is still pumping?
Just helping the last of the blood out!
Unbelievable. I hope she does hard time.
She can barely even walk on pavement, let alone grass and mud…this is crazy, I can’t believe somebody OK’d her for patrol duty! 🤦♂️😖
Imagine fading away while looking up at this woman performing CPR on your gunshot wound.
I wouldn't wish this on my worse enemies
Yep, torture
Horrible.
😂
He probably died from the weight of her body wtf did i just watch…..
How about your *_worst_* enemies? Would you wish it on them?
You guys do great at keeping law enforcement accountable in all regards. Bless.
She ran to the car because if he got out and crawled away she knew she had no chance of catching him. Terrible outcome, it's a shame someone like this is allowed to be a LEO and a man pays for it with his life.
So many things to say about this!
Mike: "Something in his hand"...like a SWAT drone from the video you guys posted couple weeks ago.
Doing chest compressions while the guy is gasping for breath.
Ugh, unbelievable. This would be a comedy if it didn't involve anyone getting hurt.
Reminded me of police academy movie. To be fair, how did the "perp" manage to swerve right into that pole?
I was thinking "Chris Farley" when I saw her waddle up and bumble incompetently.
@@bluecoffee8414it was a left turn right there before the pole and he waited hoping to shake the cop with that quick turn but he probably was high or drunk so he did what he was trying to make her do
@@kriswittak6890 ah ok. Makes sense
the guy hurt himself
It’s sad that when she fell, her first response was to threaten with a gun bc she felt vulnerable. What about the unarmed victim? Had she not fallen or been able to get up like a normal person, this wouldn’t have happened. Then it appears she shoots in him in the head. At that point, I couldn’t tell if it was the victim snoring and gargling or her. That CPR attempt was just weak and we all gotta be better than this. SMH 🙏🏼
Its so frustrating because theres people who are fit to be officers and cant because of how strict departments are on history, yet someone lost there life from an officer like this
What no first aide training? So. maybe when a cop gets fired their certification should be pulled, if not the certifying agency should be held liable for the said "officers" actions.
watching her being a doctor was horrifying .
