Salerno is a town in Campania region, really close to Amalfi Coast, actually it is a wonderful place to stay to visit Amalfi Coast if you want cheaper accommodations. The old town is quite beautiful, and the Cathedral is really worth a visit.

Ecco, questa è Salerno, meglio conosciuta come delucalandia.... E ve lo dico da "suddito" ed abitante del posto!

Ho due consigli da dare per chi vuole venire a visitare la città : visitare solo ed esclusivamente le strade principali perché nella città delle lucine le zone periferiche e molte traverse sono perennemente al buio ;
evitare di venire quando piove, o se si viene quando piove, bisogna portarsi un gommone..... SI ALLAGA TUTTO
Ci sono città che oltre a periferie peggiori di quella di Salerno (con case fatiscenti e stile da quarto mondo),hanno anche il centro storico in uno stato più che penoso anche dal punto di vista sociale.
La mia Salernum...è sempre bellissima e luminosissima!
