I had a melt-down 2 days ago and started crying when I realised that all of my Canva designs I worked my ass off creating could not be printed in posters larger than A4. I feel so grateful to come across this video. It's given me hope. I am going to try this now! Fingers crossed it works.
@@Lima-xb8xi Did you happen to have text on your images? That's where I'm noticing the greatest issue with my Canva creations. Wondering if the distortion went away with text as well?
Outstanding video! In less than 4 minutes you taught us a great way of getting high-quality images and then you taught us how to get outstanding color. Thank you very very much!
I know I'm late to the party but BLESS YOU. I could not for the life of me figure out why my Canva images were coming out pixelated. You explained it well and those converter sites are amazing. Thank you!
I have struggled with this issue for so long as I design Etsy printables and don't want my customers to get a low / poor-quality file. You explained it so clearly and now I can print great quality products. Thank you very much!
I just tried it today and it didn't work for me. I'm guessing things have changed since this video was posted. I sell digital products online...so I'm back to the drawing board on this one. The CYMK option is built into Canva now @andyt9181
@andyt9181okay, I just tried it a third time and it worked!! It was probably something wonky going on with Canva, but it does work!!! I'm really glad this was put together. Perfect! I'm glad I retried it 😊
This was SUPER amazing! Thank you for the informative, easy to follow tutorial!!! Currently dealing with a publisher who couldn't even begin to explain this to me. Graciously thankful.
Hi! Thanks for the info! I’m wondering tho how do I get a transparent background? Even when I convert the pdf print to jpg or png, when I upload it to a tshirt website there’s still the image background. 🙏
Hi everyone there is an option when downloading to make the background transparent. The opinion seems to only come up when downloading, I saw it when doing buisness cards and then went back and downloaded my other images the same that were being printed on a banner.
this was EXTREMELY helpful as i had been trying to get my canva logo printed on a shirt and the printer kept saying it wasnt the correct dpi. Thank you!
This has been very helpful and solves a big problem soo that I can send something to the printer that I created. except that I don't see the horizontal and verticle DPI when I right click on the image and click on properties/details like you demonstrated in the video and PAINt will not open a PDF file so I could not check it there. After you do the conversion though, you do see the 300DPI resolution - Excellent

Update: IT WORKED! I was able to print in A3 and A2 without distortion. Thank you so much ❤️
@@Lima-xb8xi sorry, I know this comment is late...did you do this for Print on Demand?
