Maybe I'm getting old but games forcing you to use DLSS or any other upscaler making it look like a grainy AI generated image is crazy. Games look blurry as hell these days, this wasn't a thing pre 2020. Games used to look better
You are trying to compare like a 5-6 year difference in games. The more years pass by, the more games will need better components to make them look better. It's called upgrading 😅
@nikohakubi8814 But the games do not look better, they all look blurry and have weird DLSS artifacts. Games back then had better graphics in general (except for RTX lighting) and looked sharp.
@Lexartm games look 10x better idk what games you are streaming or looking at. But you could always look up high quality versions of a game. You could probably be just used to the nostalgia of old games as well.
@@nikohakubi8814wrong hes right the reason these games force them is because the devs are too lazy to optimize so they just force ai slop to cut corners in budget
Not a single ini tweek? You can completely turn off any anti aliasing and dlss trash in the ini. You can also completely remove shadows. Setting all this trash to low isn’t good enough. You want it OFF completely. You didn’t even touch on removing mouse acceleration which can only be done in the ini as well (not engine ini)
@@TechGuides mouse accel has everything to do with optimal performance and you literally have the word performance in your video title..either way, to remove mouse accel, you do that in the same ini where you can actually disable all this junk rather than just setting it to low. Which isnt nearly good enough. Because the trail when she turns into bird only visible if you have" Effect Detail" on medium quality minimum. I hope NetEase will change it though, because sometimes it is hard to track Hela when she turns into bird.
Great guide, it was very needed given how taxing this game is. I would love a Wuthering Waves guide too as the 2.0 newly released area is more complex and taxing compared to the one from the start of the game
Though low shadows seems to reduce shadows to blobs, like with the bots in the practice range is kind of a shimmering blur, but it may also outright remove them, or otherwise totally obfuscate them depending on your perspective. Testing it with Ironman in practice range while 15m-ish up, you literally can't see your own shadow on the ground on low shadows settings. There's nothing whatsoever, until you switch to medium shadows. So definitely can't ever recommend low shadows, particularly with the amount of dive characters in this game than can fly or catapult themselves right over your team, and if you're not looking up at the right moment... well, you won't see their shadow on the ground either.
@@Evovledspice Depending on the angle of lighting and a spiderman/ironman/whatever silently passing behind you... the shadow might be the only indicator you have to avoid getting ulted.

8:00 so i have good GPU of nividia so i have to use balanced or high quality and no play in peformance right?????
Correct!
Could you explain me in a more detailed way why it shouldn't be better running uncapped on an AMD GPU reaching 180s maybe? I dont get why latency is reduced when theres actually less frames, shouldn't freesync take care of it when it falls? For me it feels more reaponsive when i run capped (i get less latency) but i dont get why
Awesome video. I wish there was a version for Apple Silicon
Thank you
what good setting for 1660 ti anti-aliasing and super resoloution type
Tricky because you wont get DLSS on a 1660... either use TAAU with like a 90% renderscale or XESS
