You must not have tried the mb150 heads. Unrivalled sound (even compared to the RBs), but the power supply would blow if you opened the packaging too fast, or if there was a strong wind.
My GK 500 watt combo has the 15" and a horn. Here is what matters when it comes to speakers; Can they move Air? My amp and the 15" speaker MOVES serious air. The bass frequencies are extremely tight. No rattle whatsoever. The GK is the only bass amp that can handle anything you can throw at it. Passive or Active; it takes it well. Another thing I love about my GK is that is does not over compress. To my ears, the amp breathes and that is critical when you use all of the different types of bass that I use: Fretless, P/J, Active Fiver, Acoustic and flatwounds. The amp handles it all and it does it easily. No mush. Just a great amplifier that will last me for many, many years. Thanks GK!!
I used to have a Mark Bass and decided to switch to a GK fusion 210. I'm never going to switch. This amp is amazing! They are spendy but my God so worth it! Thank you, GK, for the quality products you make!
I can’t wait till the next installment comes out! It’s such a relief when you don’t have to worry about your gear. Knowing how well it is constructed and how much pride and attention to detail that goes into every GK amp.
Unrelated to this specific video but it’s your most recent so it’s the best chance of you still looking at comments. I’m looking for some help and advice please. I’m waiting to purchase the Fusion 1200S head with the Neo IV 212 4ohm and 112 8ohm cabs. But I’m hesitating because I’m concerned that the 2.7ohm load from that config would allow the head to put out 950watts. The 112 cab is only rated to 400watts and I wouldn’t want to risk damaging it at the high volumes I’ll be playing at. So is the 112 at risk of overload/blowing is my question? I’m trying to downsize without losing power/volume. Shhhhh… don’t tell anyone but I’m defecting from a 23 year marriage to Ampeg! Cheers
This is the only cabinet and head that I'll ever use. Thank you for all your hard work and innovation GK team!!
Bob, Great to see the process! And it's Great to see and hear you!
GK is the only brand in my life where I feel I should earn a sales commission. I'll always recommend GK to everyone. Absolute die-hard fan.
We appreciate it! 👊
I've been playing GK bass amps for 30 years, never had a failure. Thanks for the tour. Cheers

@@aaizner847 Nope, never tried a mb150 head. Thanks
@MrSparks54 They are amazing. I actually still use mine as a preamp (got tired of fixing the power supply).
@@aaizner847 Interesting solution, thanks for that idea.
I got a 2X10 with your ceramic drivers and I love it! I recommend it to everyone.
