I think the best part of walking around a town is that even if you've passed by a place many times, you can be surprised by what you see when you stop by. It's interesting to find new charms in the same place by changing your perspective.
Reading is indeed a form of therapy ❤ it could be described as a form of escapism as well in my humble opinion however I'm often in the confusion that does it give me the peace of mind or I can indulge myself in reading when I already have that peace in me. It's a bit dicey..... Have you read "Into the Wild"? I read it few years ago and was mesmerized by it.. I'm glad your new found excitement is a walk around the city.. this could unfold new experiences. Have a great weekend
