merciless comment here: 1.9 section static and boring, include color changes, brightness changes, noticeable pulses. 2.0 section is ugly with the vines and chains, try doing something else, take inspiration. the bushes are weird at the end, and the transition sucks. (i have no idea how you are going to further change that transition but just know its not good). the wave section is useless, i think you should continue the 2.0 section, but make it more later in deco style. (generic style maybe?) the 2.1 section is kinda cool, just lacks pulses and brightness changes in bg and more, and there is a lack of background and ground. why must you do this with your life stop hows your day ok im done

@@Purplex08es I would change some of the colours and I also wouldn’t want to have the nine circles blocks and just some small gameplay tweaks here and there and some parts less decorated but still cool level😊
I think this level switches transition between update to update. One section is a 1.9 and the other one is a 2.1 section. That’s actually a pretty cool idea! Although it would be nice if the orbs at the start are a bit more clear of what it is. If it’s a blue do something like colour saw blue or something similar.
@@Purplex08 I don’t have anymore tips really but remember to always prioritise gameplay over decoration. For example: Don’t have a punishment for accidentally going too high on the ship and don’t make blind transitions.
I feel like the themes in the level are not connected very well, i suggest using something that gives all of the 'versions' something in common, whether that be similar colours, objects etc. The first part is very static, I suggest adding some effects with pulse and alpha triggers so it gives it a bit more life, personally i'm not a fan of the yellow colour, but if you're gonna keep it, you should throw in more variants of yellow with saturation and hue.

alright, it might be that this is just not a gameplay style that I enjoy, but hey, it's much better than most levels nowadays! it's really not something that can be changed anymore, now that the layout is fully finished, but for a future note, you could try and experiment with clicksync. although that is solely my viewpoint, not many people enjoy too much clicksync like i do, so it's completely fine if you won't like that. another thing i want to let you know is, when placing speed portals, instead of making a wall of them in layouts or only placing one in the decorated version, you should place one speed portal in where a portal is supposed to be, and another speed portal being invisible, on the same X position, and that is under effect of the Follow Player Y trigger. that way, your level won't ever go off-sync, and it won't look bad either and, a thing about deco (so it's even more subjective than gameplay), i'd say those lava things (waterfalls and rising lava) shouldn't be transparent. maybe it's just me, but it looks weird. also, a custom background would be nice, but i'm not too sure about this one as i am not a creator. best of luck finishing the level! looking forward to it

VERY unclear orbs, weird deco... Kinda like Il Topalini sorta deco but still, it feels a little off, especially at the ball section. BUT AMAZING LEVEL 😀😀
This isn’t bad, but there are a few things I would improve about it. First, the structures are quite static, and while it may not fit 1.9 to move the structures, you could use 0 move time movements to add motion while still fitting the retro theme (essentially map out the path of a block moving up and down with easing with 0 move time in between) and it wouldn’t be to hard to implement it into the other parts. Next, the level doesn’t have much cohesion or an underlying theme connecting it, and while it is hard to develop that this late in creation, it’s something useful to keep in mind moving forward. Although this isn’t really necessary for a type of level like this, I do appreciate when levels are connected through an idea but you don’t really have to do this (especially since you actually did sort of do this with the changing eras of the game). Another thing I would like to pick out are the colours. It’s mostly done in monochrome, which generally makes for bland colours without depth. I won’t explain the entirety of colour theory in this comment but I do suggest you watch a beginner level video on it. In addition the structures are mostly very simple and usually don’t go further than rectangles. This is also something hard to explain through text but having a consistent design motif throughout generally helps. As for the gameplay, it looks fine but without playing it I can’t really comment on it. The only thing I’d say is to make the slopes in the lava part more clear. I hope this helped and good luck continuing to create!
make the 2nd part (green one) don't fade don't enter, also maybe have the transition to the next part be actual gameplay instead of a wall that says wave on it
