I grind dark roast coffee, some coffee can be sticky, using the residential BUNN once it begins the sprayers making coffee it will not stop, it makes the whole pot. Using medium folders coffee that is fine, my coffee will overfill the strainer coffee everywhere. Commercial BUNN coffee makers spray then stop spray again giving the strainer time to drain. Only issue with the commercial pot and a residential home they’re way too large.

Did you wet the filter first? Why? I have one of these machines and if I use smart wave, the filter falls over and grounds gets in my coffee
