The Most Delicious Jamaican Steam Fish | Okra and Crackers | Feed and Teach

Its not often we get to help out the #environment by eating so whenever you see #lionfish buy it and try it!
I don't often use a baking tray for steam fish. Usually just do it in a frying pan covered because that is much quicker but the low oven temperatures give me the best steamed fish.

The stove top works great too but the oven gives me better control over the temperature. I can cook it low and slow so the fish is a lot more juicy 💦🫧
