Best thing about this truck (and there's LOTS to love), is he built it specifically to include and care for his dog! Wish all dog owners loved their dogs like that! I loved the comment that he just likes having his dog nearby and simply looking at Coffee :)

Every night, I kiss coffees nose, and tell her how she is everything to me, and I often thank God for allowing us to meet. The sane with my other 2 furry kids, Gatun and Trident. @@Neverquitoverland - I lost my rescue dog Pete (Labrador) about two years ago due to old age - but I might be getting a new rescue as we speak (Maltese cross) -so quite different to a Lab but it's the heart that counts, not the breed - I know him from his current owner who find that owning him "affects her lifestyle" :(
You really can tell that he puts his heart and soul building the truck camper, and the most wonderful in this video is his personality. He made all the description very detailed and you can't get bored waching him. I bet the truck was sold already because of his selling outregeous ability....
I am not only impressed by the rig itself but the whole video reflects Erik's experience & love for outdoor and all the people (& his dog) surrounds him.
This is a great idea. While up on the roof, the breeze is so pleasant, and the view is quite wonderful. It is an easy camper to see from the distance, especially once the roof railings and lifted up, as you can imagine. Thank you for your kind comment. Very respectfully, Erik
Excellent build. Really nice and top quality. Only draw back I have is the toilet and the cooking area are to close. I understand space is limited and there's only so much you can do. It's just the thought.

I like the rig and most of the layout. But I absolutely love (and share) mr. Petroni’s philosophy about live and nature and his Panama plans. And especially the part about his family and his late dad, may he rest in peace, is truly inspiring and moving. So I’d like to thank mr. Hi Unity Mind. It has not as we have added so many more features to it, and it just recently received an all new protective coating that it super elastic and far stronger, so it can handle the toughest branches, etc., to hit or scrape/rub against it. We will be doing the final follow-up video on it in the next 4 weeks, and then it will be presented at Overland Expo in Flagstaff Arizona. Thank you very much for your gracious remarks and questions. I lived in Indonesia at this moment,my late dad were also master capt to the Maritime sea communication for indonesian govt. and had some dog also,Pitbulls,cane corso, and bullterrier.i have plan to live in US and live mobile live.perhaps it would be awesome if you can build an earthroamer DIY for me.i need an Earth roamer with dogliner/crate on the back.when in the wild, dogs were my alarm and the only partner i can trust.much appreciate and thank you

I love it because I love having bikes and kayaks and living an active life. An enclosed shower / bathroom would have completely eliminated the ability to store adventure toys.

Rescues are the best breed. Do it. Love them with everything in your soul.

I'm subscribed to this channel, but this is the first time I've seen this video. I would have liked to have seen this when I was at Expo West.

Great idea on the roof top setup. You can use the flag pole for a portable wind turbine.
I love flag poles for festivals and race tracks to find the truck on the way back.
This is a great idea. While up on the roof, the breeze is so pleasant, and the view is quite wonderful.
