I’ve been playing since 1.0, and nowadays, my clears revolve around an E2 Firefly with her premium no-sustain team, and E2 DHIL with Sparkle and Fu Xuan. If DHIL struggles, I slot in E0S1 Acheron, and she gets the job done. Honestly, I wasn’t fully aware of how strong the power creep was, likely because of my good investments and solid teams. However, I recently offered to help a friend clear MOC 12, and oh boy, it was eye-opening. My friend’s account is struggling a lot, even with decent relics. His roster includes Topaz, Aven, Sunday, Robin, Acheron, Firefly, and Ruan Mei. Among them, only Topaz and Acheron have their S1, and all are at E0. Despite having good relics, his account faces serious challenges. From my perspective, Firefly’s team is performing significantly better than Acheron’s in every scenario, even though his Firefly is just E0S0 and Acheron is E0S1. Firefly simply outshines her, delivering results with half the first cycle still remaining. I believe Acheron can perform much better at E2S1 with her premium team, but even then, Firefly at the same investment level will likely still dominate. While I don’t simp for specific characters (DHIL being the exception, he’s the GOAT), I must say: Firefly feels too strong, even in disadvantageous positions. Just sharing my thoughts based on experience. Edit: Let's keep everything peaceful around here. Just share your own experiences and don't take my word as an attack towards your favorite characters. As i said, my absolute favorite is DHIL, and i recognize he's nowhere near the current Meta. But still gets the job done without his Premium Team.
just got to say, dhil is the GOAT, and tbh firefly lightcone is like the least important LC in the game bc its such a small dmg boost for her while acheron has the biggest difference bewteen her sig lc, sounds like shes running acheron withouth jq which is rough bc then you cant just run 1 nihility on her withouth significant drawback, its like running jing yuan without sunday, it works but its basically a whole tier difference. Firefly is just the "you can easy clear no matter what" character, all she really needs is ruan mei and thats about it which makes her easy and extremely f2p friendly Also seems like your friend has the pefect FUA attack team besides an actual follow up dps

Harmony Trailbraze is still very good because he can abuse the hell out of DDD, but it only works in a super break team. Whereas, Remebrance MC have more team he can work with making him more flexible.
Break will be fine. Just because it might not have content made specifically for it anymore does not mean it won’t clear everything easily. Same goes for FUA teams. They’ll likely be fine. The only type of team that will need help is DoT teams. They could use a hand.
IMO both Firefly and Acheron should be T.0.5, not because they aren't strong, but because Prydwen metric afaik is still E0S0 Acheron needs either Jiaoqiu, or her LC to function properly. I haven't seen E0S0 Acheron, even with Jiaoqiu perform some kind of crazy feat, even against Phantylia. Firefly should also go to T0.5 because Firefly/Rappa/Boothill all perform very similarly, and one edges the other out depending on AS lineup. In this case, Boothill, Firefly and Rappa all managed pretty high scores with E0 teams. That all changes if you consider E2 Firefly of course, but again, this is not what the tier list is comparing. Comparatively, E0S0 Herta and E0S0 Fei are literally crushing this AS and can even afford swapping some of their limited teammates with F2P options and still clear very comfortably.

I think it is time to acknowledge the need of a Tier list that goes up to E2S1. I know there are videos, but I would really appreciate it as a separate list in Prydwen. Most players by now have gotten their hands onto Acheron, Firefly, Feixiao or The Herta, and chose one to put some eidolons on. IMHO and as an E2S1 Acheron lovers with her JQ, she is my safest go-to team for end content. And it is not like i have zero metrics to compare. All at E0, I have FF (with Fugue and Ruan Mei), Feixiao (with Robin, Aventurine and Topaz), and The Herta (with S1 because damn that LC is lit - Together with E0S1 Sunday, RMC and +1). Bottom line: they are not doing same level of damage, except in some favorable case. I even fear a lot for The Herta, as she does not have some longevity tricks (BE efficiency of Ach/FX, or implant weakness from FF), but I guess it depends on how Anaxa is tuned in (real sub-dps or just average buffer).
E0S0 Acheron is probably about as good as E0S0 Firefly. Maybe I would give it to FF a bit more often because without Acheron light cone she is substantially worse while FF does not care about her light cone that much. Now if we compare E0S1 Acheron to E1S0 FF then I would give it to FF as being superior because you can now spam Lingsha and Harmony TB skill more often greatly increasing the performance of the team.
Depends on the team comps. Acheron without jiaoqui vs with is pretty a big difference especially if more aoe content is in moc with respawning enemies. Vs fire fly who kinda is very f2p friendly but doesnt have as high as a ceiling
Idk how people are struggling clearing content with Firefly. Also, unless we get bosses that ignore weakness implant, her skill applying fire weakness will always come in handy
My excuse is because I don't have RM but also because I don't need firefly much for AoE as Acheron and The Herta clear it already, firefly imo is a collectible tbf
18:00 I have both, TBH I like Acheron more you could say I'm biased, but FF is better, she is easier to build (Requires only atk spd and BreakEff) is faster the ult provides speed and in most cases deals more damage than Acheron even with the BiS team for both. Acheron is great for AOE and deals insane damage when in her best scenarios and great teams that I do have but she's really extremely hard to build, even with Eidolons she requires Atk% Crit Rate Crit Damage Spd for her to be optimally built should be at 100 CR (with buffs) 200 Crit Damage (Base) and 134-5 SPD for optimal use... I've farmed like crazy and still mine isn't perfect so yeah FF should be there bc of usage and FF is more universal. Yet again I love Acheron's playstyle animations and her as a character but she is worse bc of RELIC FARMING (Or the required amount of substats for her to be perfect is higher? Idk but yeah)
FF - break,speed,atk Acheron - crit DMG/rate atk it's literally the same shit but yeah she is easier to build because FF her floor DMG is so much higher than Acheron, but Acheron ceiling is higher but the that much. So in a higher investment Acheron is indeed better, but low - mid investment FF is better I have both of them FF can perform with shit relics lol but that's just how super break in their kit works but yeah now that I fully built her she has better relic than my Acheron but not that much and my Acheron just perform better
I believe Acheron should still be in T0 at E0 still. My E0 S5 GNSW Acheron still is op. Unless it's MoC then I understand because of HP inflation but I use Acheron in PF and AS and she destroys the thing, and even in MoC she's op
As someone with S5 gnsw Acheron and a literal E0S1 The Herta, The Herta hit's HARDER. . BUT the fact Acheron can insta delete enemies and also be used in PF makes her not benched unlike firefly is currently in my roster. Acheron was my Go To for AoE Situation's but it's leaning to The Herta.
FF team with Fugue,Lingsha and Ruan mei with me, i had no issue for MoC i just guesses maybe its "Skill Issue" not character issue like u said that tier list is based on team comp not just one character and right now the best team comps is still FF with those 3 people
For this Apoc I got a higher score with Hunt March than Topaz on the second side. March was using Topaz Signature LC because all my other Hunt LC's kinda suck 😅 I was also going to pull Aglaea but after some great deliberation with friends and randoms in TC Discord servers I ended up pulling Therta instead. I got way too many Lighting dps's already and not having a limited Erudition other than Jing Yuan would eventually going to bite me in the butt.
The fact that Boothill, Rappa, Fugue, HMC, Sunday aren't T0 (SS) at this point is genuine just hate against the super break comps HMC is extremely busted period, yes RMC is more versatile but if the power (HMC) out weighs that with pure domination it doesn't matter
@17:20 Firefly is better than Acheron until they will introduce 9999 break bars that do not allow Firefly to break the boss. As long as Break Mechanic exists, Firefly is better because generally, boss mechanic is related to them or their adds being broken and defeated. Meanwhile, Acheron relies on constant AoE Nukes. AoE Nuke is great but if the boss has 99% damage reduction until you kill that Helper Add of theirs, then Acheron will do 1% meaningful damage with her first ult and will need 1 more turn to ult again. Firefly will move 3+ times per turn, killing the Add and then starting to damaging the Boss. So, until they put a lot of break bars (they already started) or a lot of break bar immunity. Firefly will keep being top tier. But you need Ruan Mei or Fugue for that to happen. edit, the const controversial part of this tier list is that "Meta" are not Tier 0. Meta stands for Most Effective Tactic Available. There's nothing better than the most effective tactic available, there's no apex, alpha, etc. Meta = the best.
everyone underestimates E0 S0 firefly when built right, my ff attacks 3 times in a turn with 150 spd while dishing out giga tons of dmg with BE% and proper team. even without her technique her ultimate skill applies fire weakness still.
Ngl M7th hunt feels more universal with her Shifu buffs and toughness bar reduction. Is she better topaz? I don't think so. But M7th hunt is crazy. I'm actually wondering if Moze should be bumped up and share a tier with topaz even though topaz is a better unit than moze. Topaz is an interesting unit at E0S0. If it's e0s1 or e1s1 then she's 100% the best for FuA. But at e0s0 she's better than her competitor but it's not that big. Some people call her the kafka of FuA. But... FuA can live without topaz while DoT can't live without Kafka. If she's e0s0 for Ratio, she's pretty replacable, i mean you're better off with pela ot JQ with their debuffs for consistency. While for Feixiao it's an interesting story. Topaz is the best 4th slot for Feixiao FuA teams. Though her competitors are close. Though i think she has the edge for Fei is because she's comfier to use than moze and attacks more than March 7th for Fei stacks.
Well that's the thing. You have her S1. Prydwen's tier list only accounts for E0S0. Also she's tier 0.5 so you wouldn't be having trouble clearing with her regardless.

Im prety sure the reason for rmc being T1 at launch was because prydwin had only tested E0 rmc. Since back when they were T1 rmc had the E0 logo on their right corner instead of E6
Firefly should be in the same tier as Boothill and Rappa. They all perform roughly the same. I'd be okay with T0 or T0.5, but all three should definitely be in the same tier.
I ve been trying to build my E0 Acheron since character release (and I also have the optimal team for her) but no matter how I try to optimize her my Superbreak teams just destroys the content while my Acheron hardly get it done(I have both Firefly and Rappa, I m not a superbreak simp I just loved Rappa's design and got lucky on firefly banner) Maybe I need Help lmao

in MOC 12 ... it took me 2 tries to clr it ..... 1st try had firefly team n "the herta" team ... 2nd try had jingyuan n sunday .. jingyuan performed better than firefly in this moc ..lmaoo
your first team had The Herta, Firefly + I'm assuming an Erudition + sustain vs lightning weak stage? You should try an actual Firefly team, you know something like: Firefly, HMC, Sunday, Sustain. And I'm willing to bet she's going to do pretty well. Now, fire Firefly is E2, S1. And she can 1 cycle (almost 0 cycle) the first part of MoC. 0 cycle is a bit rare. But that requires: Ruan Mei, HMC, Fugue, and E2 S1 Firely. You can drop S1 from Firefly if you have Ruan Mei's LC. And you can comfortably 0 or 1 cycle it. If I have to run sustain it drops to 3 cycles. And assuming yours is E0, I'll say she will perform around, lets say, 5 cycles. In an MoC that doesn't really favor her. My JingYuan, E0, Sunday E0 S1, Tingyun E6 + sustain, they do this side in 6 cycles. Serval E6 does it in 7 or 6, if used as hyper carry in place of JingYuan. My The Herta team, E0 S1 Herta, with E0 S1 Sunday, E6 little Herta + Sustain (Gallaher) also needed 5 cycles to clear the first side, off element for Hertas. Unlike other characters, Firefly needs you to invest in her SuperBreak teams, either having HMC + Fugue or Ruan Mei or Sunday.

your first team had The Herta, Firefly + I'm assuming an Erudition + sustain vs lightning weak stage?
You should try an actual Firefly team, you know something like: Firefly, HMC, Sunday, Sustain. And I'm willing to bet she's going to do pretty well.
Now, fire Firefly is E2, S1. And she can 1 cycle (almost 0 cycle) the first part of MoC. 0 cycle is a bit rare. But that requires: Ruan Mei, HMC, Fugue, and E2 S1 Firely. You can drop S1 from Firefly if you have Ruan Mei's LC. And you can comfortably 0 or 1 cycle it.
If I have to run sustain it drops to 3 cycles. And assuming yours is E0, I'll say she will perform around, lets say, 5 cycles. In an MoC that doesn't really favor her.
My JingYuan, E0, Sunday E0 S1, Tingyun E6 + sustain, they do this side in 6 cycles.
Serval E6 does it in 7 or 6, if used as hyper carry in place of JingYuan.
My The Herta team, E0 S1 Herta, with E0 S1 Sunday, E6 little Herta + Sustain (Gallaher) also needed 5 cycles to clear the first side, off element for Hertas. Unlike other characters, Firefly needs you to invest in her SuperBreak teams, either having HMC + Fugue or Ruan Mei or Sunday.
