Serilly's English alternate voice sounds like she is underwater and that is amazing. Meanwhile "Possessed Klug"...guess they were going for typical demon possession voice? It would be better if it was just an alternate voice though idk if they used this for Champions or not to determine if this is a new English direction or not.
But Strange klug is possessed by a demon, so.....
Possessed Klug wasn't present in Champions.
Possessed Klug english voice is interesting i didn't think he would have that kind of voice
I was expecting Possessed Klug to sound more like, well, Klug.
Under no circumstances would I expect him to sound like _Schezo._

I’m slowly learning since I’ve been more interested in puyo than Tetris. I figured I’d do part of the video myself this time and the other half CPU to save time.

Still really sad about English Strange Klug. It's just...SO deep. It's a good voice, yeah, but not for that character.
To those looking at the comments before the English voice showcase...you think you're prepared for how SK sounds, but you absolutely aren't.

I mean it works in the context of the voice being more for the demon in the book rather than Klug himself.
@@FlashTrickstar I suppose, but I also have a hard time imagining the demon with that voice. It's just kinda deep and generic, you know? Though I might be biased.

I wonder how many strange klug fans went crazy when he was revealed and how many of those same fans said his English voice was bad because it's different.
@Haley Halcyon - Gaming Channel I don't see it as bad because the voice actor gave a good performance and it sells the idea that's it the spirit, not the person being possessed. People that say it's bad usually ignore the actual quality and say it's bad because it's not what they expected. I don't mind people disagreeing with me about it, I mind people not giving the English voice a fair chance.

I have mixed feelings about Strange Klug’s English voice. Like yeah, it sounds like the thing behind him (I don’t know what it’s called) but at least the Japanese voice still sounded like a teenager
Yeah, Strange Klug is the first English voice I actively dislike, the fact that he talks like a Kingdom Hearts villain kinda defeats the entire point that the closest anyone would come to taking him seriously is Feli dragging him to the women's bathroom to give him a swirly until he fell unconsious or hanging him from the school flagpole by his underwear
Serilly: Dive, Swim, *Laughs*, I'm Sorry, Cannonball.
Yu and Rei: Red Wisp, Blue Wisp, Heavy Haze, Death Storm, Rest in Peace.
Rafisol: Hide, Snatch, Takeover, Domination, Absorption.
Possessed Klug: Ardimol, Ignis, Sacralige, Orbeus, Hydrainga. (I Couldn't Understand.)
Possessed Klug says Anima, Ignis, Sandyx, Rubor Vini, and Hydrangea.
well...now that strange klug says "hydrangea" on english, i guess they are admitting they screwed sig's spell localization, also...the english voice for strange klug sounds too adult and non-threatening for him, i do not like it

I feel like they stop changing the spells name and they decide to respect the original in Japanese. Ig that for Strange Klud English voice they try to voice the demon inside the book more than Klug itself

Don't like Japanese Yu's voice as much as her original actress :(
But besides that, good stuff. English Yu and Rei sound pretty great, English Serilly sounds good though I noticed how her voice is deeper here compared to champions maybe to make her sound less like Amitie, Rafisol is fine too though I think I prefer how she sounds with her alt voice as compared to her original one, English Strange/Possessed Klug sounds a lot different than his Japanese which will take some getting used to but it's not a bad voice. And of course all the alt voices are really fun to listen too, Serilly's especially.

I honestly don't like the effect Serilly's English alt voice has. As for possessed Klug, his alt voice talking about light instead of darkness is actually pretty interesting.

Man i like this batch that came out and Serilly has finally gotten her proper modern puyo spell chains.
Though still dont get why they decided not to translate the spells in english now compared to the base roster like Raffine and Ai and Risukuma. Well except Serilly. She went splash to cannonball.
Just feels weird regarding the translated consistency
Serilly changes things. We might see spell animations for Lagnus, Harpy, Hed, Sultana, Penglai, Ciel, Alex, Hartmann, or Paprisu!
There are only four dlc characters left....I won’t type them here, but let me know if you want to know...

My Opinion on New English stuff:
Yu and Rei: I love Yu and Rei’s English voice so much! The Japanese voice is still decent, but still not as good for me. There’s just something about the English voice that makes it special.
Possessed Klug: I’m sorry possessed Klug fans, for me this is a pretty terrible voice in my opinion, and I know it may sound like I am hating, and now offense to the VA (Voice Actor), but it just really doesn’t work for me, and sounds a little too much like Schezo. I know they were trying to go with something different here but this ones just not for me. (I mean come on, C A R D I N A L? S A N D I X?)
Serilly new English voice lines: I love her new voice lines! She sounds more enthusiastic, and I think she has different spells. (Though I could be wrong) Regardless if there are new spells or not I love the performance of Serilly VA and the PPT2 Team!
I agree with you for the most part except for yu rei.
I like how energetic and loud yu is in jappanese and how rei sounds like a more traditional quiet depressed ghost.
Yu in English is a bit toned down witch I think is fine I just prefer the Japanese rendition , but rei just sounds bored and I really don't like that for his character.
But that is just my opinion .
I bet Wave 3 is gonna be the final wave and is gonna have Harpy, Ragnus, Donguri Gaeru, and Onion Pixie.

I don’t think there’s a confirmed date, this dlc was just announced today for puyo day. So it could be another month or so
I think early in the next month.
I just hope the Harpy comes back, I remember that Li'l Angel so fondly for some reason maybe even Onion San?
