It's a good scheme, but Many schemes despite being introduced haven't had success always on ground .. middlemen, corruption and lack of accountability are big problems in every Indian government. And how will they define poverty where 40% of Indians are below the poverty line. And will the govt be able to continue giving this benefit for years with current economic challenges? Congress needs to answer these issues.
