Ok. First. Your wet forming techniques are exemplary. I have adopted some of your methods to my own work. It has made a big difference. The planning for the two parts of the mold is vital. Your videos are absolutely beautifully shot. I look forward to every one even if I would never try to make the same object. Your attention to detail is astounding. The gentle care you take with every operation is amazing. I am a very big fan. Thank you so much for sharing these with all of the world.
That Hahns is fantastic! I can see me, a beginner being able to accomplish that. I can see buying several pocket watches for my kids and friends, making the covers and giving them for legacy gifts.

I never would have thought there would be so much work in a pocket watch case. But Hahn - The Master - proves his knowledge and artistic ability once again. Bravo! Because I have a Korean sense of humor (though not Korean myself), I did enjoy the exquisite speeding up of rounding the edges. Very funny. Had I done that, it wouldn’t have been funny, it would have been sad that any adult could be so incompetent. This is why we have Hahn to create works of leather art, and PiggieMafia to program computers. I think both are works of art, actually.

The way you used the black PVC sheet was brilliant. I can't help but notice that I use the same set of hole punches. It's a very versatile set!

Wonderful case for a pocket watch. I can see you get a lot of inspiration from Hermès, with some minor adjustments this could be a case to transform a pocket watch into a fully functional watch. Great stuff! Have you ever considered designing a moccasin? The driving style moccasins don't really require a last and should be doable for hobbyists like us.

5:14 create and beautify molded top cover
6:11 centre ring
6:51 start work on bottom cover
8:50 wedding (does this exist in leatherworking?)
9:46 stich up
10:45 final touches
11:30 joining clock + case

Wonderful video and a beautiful end product. I love that you do not narrate, just work, along with some great relaxing background music. Your vidoes are almost therapeutic. I do have one question though; What is the product that you use to glue the pieces together? I am looking for an alternative to Barge cement and what you are using looks to be a lot more user friendly than Barge. Thank you again for the wonderful videos!
I appreciate to your great feedback! I used Intercome ecostick 1816b glue which is no chemical smell. Hope it helps

Just start working with leather, don't be afraid if it's not perfect, at least it's something you did by yourself, and which can be proud of. And you don't need many tools, see th-cam.com/video/h5wroqfIiGQ/w-d-xo.html for a great example.
