    Don't be fat unless ur Dane Swan 😂 nah loved this gave me a good once over of strength and fitness 👍😎 Im a massive advocator of building up to the level an not causing injury which can set you back a full season. 👍 Great job.

    Great stuff Drewzy, at the start of this year I went to my first preseason training session after almost 2 years of not playing footy and the stuff we did KILLED me 😂. We were doing sprints up and back on the oval all night, to top it off with squats and weights and all sorts of stuff and I couldn't walk for a week 😂. Been disheartened to get back into footy after going, I'm a generally fit person but my stamina in terms of running especially is pretty shit. Any tips to build that up? I don't really know how I'd go about it but the thought of going to training and being the slowest on the pitch and having to tap out due to a lack of endurance is too embarrassing to handle. Love to hear from ya, still one of my favourite TH-camrs out there 🙌
